Modern loft-style apartment on three levels with two private terraces, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.
On the lower level is a spacious open-plan living room which includes a sofa-bed for any additional guests, flat-screen TV and dining table. The living area, airy and bright, has sliding doors opening onto a small terrace with views over Seville's historic centre.
The kitchenette, equipped with modern appliances for self-catering, is adjacent to the living room as is one of the two bathrooms.
Circular stairs lead up to the master bedroom, which has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
On the top level is the second bedroom with 2 beds and its accessed through the master bedroom.
The room leads out to a large private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture: table, chairs and deck chairs.
The building has elevator up to the sixth floor, with direct access to the apartment entrance door. The three levels of the apartment "Constitución Terrace" are connected by stairs.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Ultra bien placé, confortable (les lits sont parfaits, c'est rare dans une location à Séville), terrasses super MAIS mauvaise insonorisation, douches minuscules (mais il y en a deux !) et surtout, clim réversible insuffisante pour chauffer le rez-de-chaussée de l'appartement : en hiver il fait froid !!! Malgré cela, on recommande chaudement, une loc parfaite pour deux ou pour un couple avec enfants.

IDEAL location! our daughter is in school for a study abroad programme in Seville. we used this place as our base for several trips to cadiz, granada and rhonda. right by the cathedral , the location is unbeatable. the place is clean ( even if the spiral staircase can be initially daunting -- no worries ) and the terraces are an added bonus. the tapas place next door --Bodequita ( apologize for the spelling ) Casablanca is EXCELLENT!!! do use this place as an added asset to the property.

The apartment was very nice and clean and perfectly situated next to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. The apartment has two terraces from where you can enjoy breakfast while overlooking city life below. We were traveling with our two young children and they liked everything about the apartment too.

Appartement très joli, curieux, deux terrasses exceptionnelles. Un petit bémol : les deux salles d'eau sont un peu minuscules, et il n'y a pas d'intimité possible entre les deux ou trois lieux de couchages, tout communique, bien que la disposition soit charmante et que l'appartement soit meublé avec goût. Nous avons tout de même adoré !

Está muy bien situado, bastante nuevo y cuidado pero tiene el inconveniente de tener demasiadas escaleras interiores y además superestrechas. El último piso no tiene baño por lo que tienes que bajar al primer piso o a la planta baja para hacer uso de él.

Had a great stay at Constitucion 7. Its an awesome location, the host was very helpful and friendly. We were a group of 6 which is definitely over-crowding the unit The steep and narrow spiral also a little difficult for small children and large suitcases. The location is beautiful and the view from the terrace (especially at night) is breathtaking. We strongly recommend this charming unit for groups of four or less -- given the location its superb value for money.
