Brand-new studio apartment fully renovated in 2011, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.
The apartment, airy and bright, has twin beds placed together and a double sofa-bed. Amenities include flat-screen TV, wi-fi internet access and air conditioning (hot/cold). The kitchenette, equipped with new appliances for self-catering, is adjacent to the main room. Modern bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment building, which overlooks Avenida de la Constitución - a great location in the historic centre - is composed of a one-bedroom apartment and six studios.
Note: There is no washing machine in the apartment. There is a laundry 2-5 minutes´ walk away.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Great studio apartment catering for all your needs positioned perfectly in the centre of Seville overlooking the Cathedral and located to all the main sights which were in easy walking distance. We were met on arrival as arranged on time by a nice man who advised us on everything required. The communication with Veo apartments was good and very helpful which made our trip all the more enjoyable and answered all questions efficiently prior to our visit. I would happily recommend Veoapartments for a stay in lovely Seville.

The apartment/flat was in a perfect location. The size was just right for 2 and had all the amenities we needed.The kitchen was adequate for us but not for major cooking. We had the windows open, most of the time. Be advised this is a noisy/vibrant area but with the window closed almost all the noise was shut out. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

The apartment was located in a lovely area, close to the cathedral & The Alcazer. It is a very clean apartment and with only 1 apartment per floor, it was very private. The apartment was located about 5 minutes away from the bus stop for the airport bus and about 5-10 minutes from the central shopping area. It is located close to plenty of restaurants & tapas bars. Only downside was the noise from the tapas bar beside the apartment building but we got used to it quite quickly. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and look out at the beautiful buildings around. This is an excellent apartment for a couple visiting Seville.
