Brand-new studio apartment fully renovated in 2011, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.
The apartment, airy and bright, has a double bed to accommodate two guests. The room also features a built-in wardrobe and a large window-seat decorated with traditional ceramic tiles.
Adjacent to the main room is the kitchenette, which is well-equipped for self-catering. Bathroom with bathtub. Amenities include flat-screen TV, wi-fi internet access and air-conditioning (hot/cold). This charming studio is perfect for couples.
The apartment building, which overlooks Avenida de la Constitución - a great location in the historic centre - is composed of a one-bedroom apartment and six studios.
Note: There is no washing machine in the apartment. There is a laundry 2-5 minutes´ walk away.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Supplement for late check-in from 00:00 to 01:00h: 50 EUR (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.
