Brand-new studio apartment which was fully renovated in 2011, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.

The apartment, airy and bright, has twin beds placed together and a double sofa-bed for any additional guests. The kitchenette, equipped with new appliances for self-catering, is adjacent to the main room. Modern bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment building, which overlooks Avenida de la Constitución - a great location in the historic centre - is composed of a one-bedroom apartment and six studios.

Location of apartment El Centro

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times. 

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Minimum stay:

3 nights.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment, 3 options:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.


Check-in time:
15:00 to 21:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00h: 30 EUR (to be paid in cash, on arrival). Supplement for late check-in from 00:00 to 01:00h: 50 EUR (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: Free! Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 40 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required

Parking Avenida de Roma. Distance from apartment: 270m

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Trés bon séjour à Seville avec un appartement tres propre et tres bien situé! à qq pas de tous les monuments. magnifique appartement. Tres bien agencé. Je ne regrette pas mon choix et je le conseillerai meme à mon entourage. Une propreté indéniable et des propriétaires disponibles. L'appartement est à 2 pas de tous les monuments. Pour les visiteurs musulmans, il y a une mosquée dites mizquita à Plaza Ponce de León que j'ai découvert avant mon depart. Donc si ça peut aider qqun! en tout cas merci veoappartement pour votre professionalisme
