Brand-new studio apartment with a balcony, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.
Sleeping facilities include twin beds placed together and a double sofa-bed. The room, airy and bright, has a balcony overlooking the historic heart of the city. Although the location is central, the apartment itself is very quiet due to double glazed windows.
Adjacent to the main room is the kitchenette, which is well-equipped for self-catering. Bathroom with bathtub.
This modern studio apartment is on the fifth floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The building is composed of a one-bedroom apartment and six studios.
Note: There is no washing machine in the apartment. There is a laundry 2-5 minutes´ walk away.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Wir waren während der Semana Santa da, was zwar zu kurzen, unruhigen Nächten führte. Doch dafür gingen die Osterprozessionen teilweise direkt unter dem Balkon entlang.

This apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of location. Amenities were good and it was a comfortable place to stay for the number of days we were there. Arrangements for getting access to the apartment worked well and we were met at the apartment and given instructions and keys. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Seville. It was so easy to walk to all the main attractions.

je donne la note de 8 sur 10 tout etait tres propre et le personnel de nettoyage etait aux petits soins pour nous, seul petit probleme la cuisine tres reduite et le bruit de la rue jusque tres tard dans la nuit.

Cet appartement est parfaitement placé pour aller à pied partout dans le centre historique . Au 5 eme étage, exposé au sud est , dans un quartier réservé aux piétons , il est clair , bien insonorisé grâce à une porte fenêtre munie de double vitrage . On apprécie le balcon pour prendre l'air. La sobriété de la déco donne de l'espace à cette surface qui n'est pas immense . Mais tout est PARFAITEMENT fonctionnel , même un espace dans le placard permet de loger 2 valises de taille moyenne ! Séche- cheveux et fer à repasser dans ce même grand placard qui permet vraiment de tout ranger et de vivre dans un espace agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée et café, sucre, filtres , shampoing, produit pour la vaisselle , éponges vous évitent de chercher le Corte Inglès dès le premier soir !! ... On apprécie tout cela quand on arrive et qu'on ne sait pas où sont les magasins . Nous restions une semaine et des draps et des serviettes supplémentaires étaient déposés sur le lit en plus de ceux qui équipaient déjà l'appartement . BREF, tout était parfait ...y compris l'accueil agréable et souriant du jeune homme qui nous a reçus. Les seuls bémols sont le bruit de la bodeguita du bas à certaines heures et celui de l'accordéoniste du coin de la rue qui joue en boucle Besame mucho tous les jours de 11h à 20h ! Mais la fenêtre isole plutôt bien du bruit et LA NUIT EST CALME ce qui est un quasi miracle au centre d'une ville espagnole Un conseil aux locataires : munissez vous de votre petit cable de liaison eternet ...la wi-fi est capricieuse

Location can't be beat - Cathedral, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Cafes, transvia, everything is within short walking distance. Apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, wwell-equipped. Hosts are very hospitable friendly people. Best apartment during our 16 day trip in 5 cities. It's so great to finish an active day of touring by just crossing to your nearby apartment.

Muy positiva. En nuestra estancia se notaba que eran apartamentos nuevos, ya que tenían todo el equipamiento perfecto. Si volvemos a Sevilla intentaremos repetir con Veoapartment, aunque probaremos con otra zona, por cambiar, confiando en que el apartamento elegido sea como el de Constitucion 5.
