The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances - oven, dishwasher and washing machine included.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds placed together (0.90 x 200cm), a working desk with a chair and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (135 x 190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms are very quiet for sleeping, with windows facing the inner patio of the house.
Full bathroom with washbasin, WC and walk-in shower.
Private terrace: Large glass doors lead from the living area to the terrace, further enhancing the sense of light and space. It is equipped with garden furniture, including: dining table and chairs, lounge sofas, canopy and an outdoor shower. An ideal place to prepare a meal or breakfast outside, sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment was fully refurbished in February 2018. It is on the third floor of a quiet residential building, without elevator.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce super appartement, idéalement placé. Nuits très calmes et terrasse au niveau du logement absolument géniale. Accueil parfait avec beaucoup de renseignements fournis. 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais ça vaut le détour !

We loved this apartment, the Tirana Market is close by as are a Supermercado and other shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral, Alcazar and other tourist sites are all within walking distance, we used the Puente de San Telmo to cross, for those who donÂ’t like to walk too far there is a metro station a few metres from the Plaza de Cuba. The large terrace was excellent for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The storage in both bedrooms and the kitchen was excellent with all the utensils we required from a toaster to scissors provided. When we return to Seville, we would definitely rebook this apartment.

The apartment was exactly as per the photos and description. It is very well appointed. It's in a great location in a quiet street but close to bars and eateries. Our first 3 evening meals were in different places but all less than 5 minutes walk. The roof terrace is excellent and a joy to have breakfast on. Our dealings with veoapartment were first rate, prompt, pleasant and efficient. I won't hesitate to book through them on my next visit to Sevilla which I hope will be soon.

This is a great apartment and especially the large private roof terrace,its is well situated for bars,resteraunts etc.its on the 3rd floor with no lift so that might bother some people but highly recomend it and will definately use it again.

This apartment is well-located in the Triana barrio, surrounded by lots of restaurants and in a scenic area, very near the river. It's comfortable with two-bedrooms (one small queen, and one slightly larger twin). The terrace is spacious and is linked to the living room. The place is clean and maintained. The bathroom is also clean with hot water. Importantly, the internet works well. One thing to note is that this is an attic located on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, you'd have to consider this point. Also, we had tremendous difficulty in opening the main door (the neighbours themselves too, have difficulty). On our first attempt, the key twisted out of shape and on our second attempt, the key broke, and still the main door could not open. Left with no more functioning keys, we had to seek the help of the neighbour. So make sure the person receiving you shows you how to open the the main door, and that you have practice, before s/he leaves you. On this occasion, the managing office, Veo Apartment, does not answer on weekends, when we arrived on a weekend and needed to confirm the hour of arrival; and also when we ran into those key problems. It would be better if they were able to provide a Whatsapp number, and be contactable for arrival purposes and also on weekends (in case of problems). The following work day, they fortunately replaced the two keys, which I appreciated. Overall though, a good apartment to reside in.
