Location
Los Remedios is a residential neighbourhood just outside the touristy centre, about 20-30 minutes' walk from the main monuments around the Cathedral. It is well connected, whether by bus, metro or hiring a bicycle.
Calle Asunción is a pedestrian shopping area, where you can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas. If you walk 5 minutes down Calle Asunción toward the city centre you'll reach Plaza de Cuba, which branches off into streets like Calle Betis, bordering the Guadalquivir river.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Valoración general muy buena. Un punto muy importante a su favor el disponer de una plaza de garaje junto al portal de la casa. El apartamento es muy luminoso y confortable. Su situación es muy buena: a 15 minutos de agradable paseo hasta el centro por la peatonal y comercial calle Asunción. El apartamento dispone muy cerca de cuantos servicios comerciales puedan necesitarse: farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, librerías, etc., etc. Recomendaría al 100% este apartamento.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut erreichbar, Geschäfte sind in nächster Nähe, Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großzügig und Kommunikation war sehr sehr gut!!. Parkplatz liegt in nächster Nähe im übernächsten Haus. Die Wohnung können wir wirklich empfehlen, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Taxis von der Stadt retour sind wirklich günstig!

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, num bairro simpático e tranquilo, com cafés, restaurantes e excelentes gelados! É possível ir a pé para o centro. É muito confortável, espaçoso, limpo e tem ar condicionado, o que é fundamental no Verão. Fomos em família, cinco pessoas, e ficámos bem instalados. A Esther foi sempre rápida a responder às nossas perguntas, o check-in correu bem e no check-out prolongou, a nosso pedido, a hora de saída do carro do parque de estacionamento. Lugar para o carro era muito importante para nós e foi óptimo não estarmos preocupados com essa questão nos dias que passámos em Sevilha. Recomendamos!
