Top-floor apartment with 2-bedrooms and a large private terrace. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood on calle Alfarería, near the vibrant Betis street and the Guadalquivir river. The centre is a 15 minute walk away. Suitable for up to 3 people.
The apartment has 65sqm inside and 35sqm of outdoor space. There are two floors.
Level 1: The living room features 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. There is a kitchen island unit for dining with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances - Nespresso coffee machine, oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is in a laundry room in the terrace.
Level 2: Spiral stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed (150x200cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed (0.90x190cm). Between both rooms is the bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Private terrace (facing south): The terrace of 35sqm has a resting area with an inviting pergola, outdoor seating and two sun loungers - making it an ideal spot for sunbathing or just enjoying the view from the terrace.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, without elevator. Air-conditioning with cooling and heating, cable TV, stereo and free WIFI internet access.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Nos encantó alojarnos en Triana, ya que es una zona auténtica en la que vive y trabaja la gente local, pero es tranquila por la noche y muy práctica para visitar los principales lugares de interés. Nos encantó disponer de la azotea, que era espaciosa y nos resultaba importante. La cama era cómoda y dormimos bien. La zona era tranquila por la noche. La escalera de caracol era traicionera y había que tener mucho cuidado para no resbalar. Por lo tanto, no es apto para niños ni para personas con movilidad reducida. El apartamento estaba bien equipado y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluidas lavadora y lavavajillas. Los sofás eran cómodos para relajarse por las tardes y, además, vimos un par de películas en Netflix. Clara nos recibió y nos mostró cómo funcionaba todo, y la anfitriona siempre respondió con rapidez cuando tuvimos alguna pregunta. Recomendaríamos este apartamento sin dudarlo y volveríamos.

We had a very enjoyable stay here during our visit to Seville. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Triana, it is easy to walk to the market and the bridge, then on to the centre of the city.
There are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The area feels lively but still very local, which we really liked.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well set up for a short stay. The highlight is the roof terrace. Check-in was straightforward and communication with the host was smooth, they even met us early which was a nice bonus after the journey.

We enjoyed are stay in the flat. The location is very good : quite neighbourhood but also near all the wonderful places to see in Seville. The terrace is perfect to relax or to eat. The staff is nice, efficient and flexible ( we were able to arrive early and leave the flat at 13h instead if 11h as mentioned on the description)

I come to Seville twice a year and always to the same neighborhood: Triana. The apartment is very well located, just steps from the Triana market, and everything is within walking distance. It's a 30-minute walk to the Plaza de España, the Real Alcázar and the Giralda, Las Setas... There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The terrace, wow, is undoubtedly the apartment's greatest asset. It faces south, has a pergola, and a lounge area perfect for soaking up the Andalusian sun. Communication was impeccable; Markus came to greet me. I will definitely be back because, honestly, I absolutely loved it. See you soon!

¡Estuvimos muy satisfechos con el lugar! La ubicación es genial, puedes llegar a todo a pie. La terraza de la azotea es un sueño absoluto y, como todo el apartamento, muy tranquila. Puedes quedarte allí bien y explorar Sevilla perfectamente desde el apartamento :)

We had a lovely stay! A perfect place to enjoy a weekend exploring all areas of Seville and soak up the sun on the rooftop terrace. Joao and Dimitri were extremely friendly and responsive. We arrived at 1am and Dimitri still met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance from most central areas of seville. Would definitely visit again :)

The apartment in Triana is lovely, great location, very quiet. The roof top patio is a wonderful place to relax at any time of the day. It is a very easy walk from Plaza de Armas bus station and is about a 10 to 15 min walk from the cathedral etc. Triana itself has lovely restaurants and is very pleasant to walk in.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very flexible allowing us to check in early and was very responsive to any questions we had . It was a lovely stay and we really recommend the property.

Lo pasamos muy bien en Sevilla. Este apartamento también contribuyó a ello. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Triana y el centro de la ciudad también está a poca distancia. En algunos lugares, el apartamento podría necesitar una renovación. Pero sobre todo, la amplia terraza sobre los tejados de Sevilla lo compensa.
