1-bedroom apartment in Triana. The interiors are elegantly decorated in soft tones, creating a cozy and comfortable space to ensure that guests enjoy a pleasant stay. Located next to the Triana food market, a few meters away from the river and a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center. Suitable for up to 2 people.

The apartment forms part of a residential house completely renovated in 2021, partially built over the old Castle of San Jorge, which was demolished in the 19th century to build the current food market.

The living room has 3 small julienne balconies to the street. It is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Dining table with 4 chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included.

The bedroom is open to the living room (NO door separation). It has a double bed, wardrobe and a small window to the Triana market! The window is double glazed and the thickness of the wall, as it belongs to the old castle, provides a natural acoustic and thermal insulation.

Full bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Other features: air-conditioning (hot / cold) and free WIFI internet. First floor, with elevator.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).
