Suitable for up to 6 guests.

• The third floor gives access to a first terrace with a dining table and chairs.
• A metal staircase leads to the upper terrace, which invites you to relax and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral and La Giralda.
ACCESSIBILITY
• Property distributed over three main floors + roof terrace. Each floor is communicated by internal stairs, without elevator.
• Not suitable for elderly nor people with reduced mobility.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
• Calle Pimienta is a pedestrian street, without access by car.
• If arriving by taxi ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza del Alfaro, located 130m / 2min walk from Calle Pimienta.

Nos encantó quedarnos en esta linda casita. El barrio es precioso y todo lo hicimos caminando, la catedral está a menos de 5 minutos. Tiene muchas escaleras, pero si no se tiene problemas de movilidad es una gran opción, sus dos terrazas son un placer después de todo un día recorriendo el centro histórico. Markus nos recibió con muchísima amabilidad. Valoramos mucho eso! Gracias y sin duda lo Recomendamos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Séville dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein cœur du quartier de Santa Cruz. Nous étions deux couples avec chacun un enfant, et le logement s’y prêtait très bien. Il faut simplement prévoir ses propres équipements pour bébé, mais cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Le vrai coup de cœur reste la vue depuis le toit : un panorama magnifique sur les toits de Séville avec une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale, un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus spécial. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente, fluide et réactive du début à la fin. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille !

Appartement chaleureux dans une ville magnifique. Le Rooftop est un véritable atout. La localisation est parfaite pour se laisser bercer dans les ruelles de Séville, on est accolé aux jardin quasiment. L'accès depuis les principaux axes reste facile, l'emplacement est vraiment parfait
