Air conditioning
Bordering Seville's famous Jewish Quarter, this is a charming family house with many traditional architectural features, such as a central patio, beamed ceilings and hand-painted ceramic tiles. The house has been refurbished to maintain its traditional character, while still remaining a comfortable family home. Furnishings are a mix of new, and antiques from Seville and beyond.
It is arranged over three floors and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight guests.
On the ground floor, set around the central patio are the large kitchen-dining room and the living room; with two sofas, two armchairs and ceiling fans. Free WIFI internet is included. There is also a downstairs shower room.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two doubles (bed size 1.50x2.00m) and one twin bedroom (0.90x2.00m) with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom opposite one of the double bedrooms which includes a bathtub. The twin room has (hot/cold) air-conditioning, and the double bedrooms have electric radiators for the winter months and fans for summer. Windows surround the central patio on the first floor allowing in plenty of light.
There is also a small laundry-room with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the second floor is a further double bedroom (bed size 1.50x2.00m) with en-suite bathroom and (hot/cold) air-conditioning. Access to the small roof terrace (4 m² approx) is from the second floor. It is equipped with seating and a small table, making an ideal spot to enjoy the sun and the views of the surrounding buildings, including the Palace of the Marqueses de Marchelina.

FAQ
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. A bath towel and a hand towel are provided per guest. Complimentary linen and towel change for stays longer than 1 week, upon request.
Is there a washing machine and a tumble dryer?
Yes, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. 2 washing detergent tablets are provided.
Is there a dishwasher?
Yes, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher tablets are provided.
Is there a hair dryer?
There are two hairdryers, one in each of the first floor bathrooms.
Are tea/coffee and other consumables provided?
No. However, there is a coffee maker and a kettle in the apartment.
Do you replenish consumables such as toilet paper etc?
2 rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom as well as liquid hand soap. There is no shower gel or shampoo, but these are readily available nearby at the local supermarket.

Let me preface this review by saying that we have no issue climbing stairs or being a bit cool (we hate being too hot). The apartment was great. It was fabulously located - walking distance to everything & the Alfafa was really close for restaurants, supermarkets and strolling. The bedrooms were good with lots of bathrooms. It was very cold when we were there (early Jan) so we had to use the heating, wear jumpers and close off rooms as the central space that all the rooms come off has a glass roof that is not fully closed to the sky. The living room is separate to the kitchen/dining - we spent most of our time in the latter. On the one day that we did get some warmish weather we had the front door, grill and top windows open and the breeze was lovely. The host met us promptly on arrival, was very friendly, spoke good English (our Spanish is non-existent) & was very responsive when we had a problem with a heater. Overall the apartment was great & let us explore a lovely part of Seville.

The apartment was exactly like in the photos. It was very well located in the old part of the city. Could be cleaner, and the Air conditioning wasn't enough to heat the house, as it was very cold at the time. There could be extra blankets for anyone who would need one. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

We absolutely loved the home! It was beautiful, well cared for and the perfect setting for four adults. We did not need air conditioning as our stay was in December. One of the bedroom heaters was ineffective, but the others worked fine. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We loved having the sitting room available for quiet activities. The location was great. We would absolutely recommend this property.

La comunicación a la llegada perfecta, muy flexibles. El alojamiento muy céntrico, perfecto para moverse andando. Casa privada bien ubicada. Hay espacio para cada persona, no nos pisamos. Sin embargo, el aislamiento es muy malo, es como si las ventanas fueran inexistentes. Afortunadamente, la casa se encuentra en un callejón tranquilo, sin embargo, la gente pasa por esta calle y se creen solos, y hablan en voz alta a cualquier hora del día y de la noche. Obligado a dormir con bolas quies. Ropa de cama poco cómoda y calidad de sueño inexistente es una pena.

We really enjoyed the stay. There were 6 or us and so loads of space to move around. We really enjoyed the patio area on the ground floor under the skylight - a great place to chill with the two rocking chairs particularly prized. Kitchen was well set up for eating in, though the kitchen table would be a squeeze for 8 as would be the roof terrace which seats 4 so rest standing. Great that there are 4 bedrooms so no sofa beds and 4 bathrooms also - no queuing. The house was a lovely temp even though hot outside and each bedroom had a/c if needed. Quite a pricey stay but worked really well for our big family group.

We enjoyed our time at this amazing house . We were a big group with 6 people , and house was quite big enough to provide privacy with common areas and separate bedroom And bathroom. Cleaning was extremely good, no issues with linen and bedroom / bathroom cleaning. Check in process was super smooth and we loved the friendly conversation and as well as check out process was easy, with no stress . House is located at central , with only a few min walking distance to restaurant and main attractions.

One word to summarize the property, location. It is located within walking distance of central Sevilla with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and the main central Sevilla attractions like the cathedral and the Royal Alcázar. The property has beautiful Spanish colonial look with beautiful floors, the layout is classic for a city property house, three floors and you have the small outdoor area. The sleeping rooms and family room have AC which is great in the Sevilla summer heat.The property is dated and needs some renewal. The mattresses are older and not as comfortable and the pillows were flat, they need new ones. The bathrooms, especially the third floor one need to be remodeled. There was mold at the bottom of the shower curtains. A good deep cleaning of the whole property is in order. The kitchen and dining area are spacious, the appliances are older but in good working order. If you plan to cook meals there it may not be the best place for it (we ate all meals outside so not a problem for us). The company will answer messages although it may take a day or two; there is also a 24 hour number. WiFi was functional and TV had local channels and you had streaming apps on it that you could add your account. Would I stay here again? If they did a few upgrades as stated above, yes. The location is unbeatable. As it is at present, I’ll probably use it only if I cannot find another one that would suit the needs of our medium sized family.

Indeed our property was freshly painted this year. Some renewal was accomplished including new plugs, lightning, shower heads and smart TV .
After your visit , we change a couple of shower curtains. Although pillows are subject to interpretation, just a couple of them were bit thiner than the rest. Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
Regarding the messages you sent us, I was personally reviewing the written communication during your stay as I was concerned about it. As it is registered on the chat/VRBO, It is not true that we were delayed in response for one or two days. The messages were in fact replied within a couple of hours.

Having just returned from a four-day stay in Seville with friends, I wanted to share our wonderful experience with the property, the city, and the exceptional service from Veoapartment.This lovely, authentic Spanish house offers plenty of space and is ideally situated. You can easily walk to all the main attractions from here. The house is not directly on a road, so you'll need to walk for a few minutes after getting out of the taxi. I recommend being dropped off at Pl. Nuestro Padre Jesus de la Salud, which is just a 2-minute walk away.Seville is a fantastic city with so much to do. It's easy to strike a balance between exploring beautiful historic landmarks and relaxing with some great tapas and drinks.Upon arrival, the taxi ride took around 20-25 minutes, and the check-in process was excellent. The team at Veoapartment accommodated our early check-in without any fuss or additional cost. Every time I messaged them, I received timely and helpful responses.Having spoken to a relative about their accommodation, I know that our place was very good value for money and more spacious. The roof terrace is basic but perfect for enjoying a drink and a game of cards before heading out.I highly recommend this booking.

Das Apartment hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und ist für eine große Gruppe wunderbar geeignet. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist typisch spanisch. In der Küche findet man genügend Geschirr. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Nachts kann es am Wochenende mal vorkommen, dass es durch Fußgänger etwas laut ist, aber es ist ja auch eine pulsierende Stadt. Wir werden das Haus definitiv wieder buchen.

We loved our stay - the house is beautiful, just like the photos. It was very hot in August during our stay but the air conditioning kept the whole house comfortable, both during the day and sleeping at night. We had a fuse blow when we first arrived and knocked out the power around 6pm. Veoapartments were wonderful, and sent around their very cheerful Italian handyman 30 minutes later to fix it, which we thought was great service. You can walk everywhere you would want to go. There is also Netflix which was a great treat for our 3 kids and hasn’t been at any of the other Air Bnbs we’ve stayed at on this trip (we are from Australia so can’t log into our own!) we would highly recommend a stay here.

This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday.
