The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Wooden flooring, solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. Central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection.

Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, which includes a small balcony from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table and TV.

The modern kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Inside the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing-machine and dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 en-suite toilet (inside the master bedroom). Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is in the corridor between the rooms. It features a bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc.

Two out of three bedrooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The third room faces Mateos Gago street and, likewise the rest of the apartment, it is equipped with double glazing to reduce the noise from outside.

The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep.

Mateos Gago is a popular street bordering the old Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods in Seville, surrounded by the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.

The nearest car park is at Cano y Cueto, located 450 metres from the apartment.

With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.

La situación es inmejorable, a un paso de la Giralda, que se observa desde los balcones. El apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso, dispone de todo lo necesario y estaba muy limpio. Todo perfecto, recomendable 100%.
