Casa Chico consists of two conjoined private living spaces, ideal for couples, mixed groups, or families. Each unit has its own private entrance, yet the interiors connect to form a unified, inviting townhouse. Each space includes a private bedroom and bathroom.
The home features two queen-sized beds and two queen-sized sofa-beds to accommodate 4+4 guests. Below are just a few of the updated amenities designed for ease and comfort:

TERRACE
Next to Apartment 2 is a small rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and a laundry room featuring two washing machines.
STAIRS
Casa Chico is not suitable for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. Access to Apartment 2 is via a separate staircase at the end of the house - no need to pass through Apartment 1. Please review the photos carefully, as the stairs are steep. The property is rented as a single unit and not divided between guests.

Casa Chico is nestled within Sevilla’s historic city wall, placing you in the heart of the old Santa Cruz quarter. Located on the picturesque Calle Virgen de la Luz, the home is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace. You’ll find yourself surrounded by a labyrinth of cobblestone streets, traditional tapas bars, and a vibrant tapestry of restaurants.

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.
Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

It was very clean and everything felt brand new. They let us leave bags early and communication was great. And there was a washer and dryer! I will say that this is a place that will only work for those who want two separate spaces - our kids were old enough that they loved having “their own apartment”. The stairs are very very steep for both units as well- it would be difficult for young or old folks (or getting much luggage up).
