Two apartments with 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom each merge into a charming Sevillian town-house. It is located at calle Virgen de la Luz in the heart of the old Santa Cruz quarter, a short walk away from the Cathedral and the Alcazar Royal Palace. Suitable for up to 4 guests. Air-conditining with cooling / heating and free wifi internet access.

APARTMENT 1
Floor 0 (ground level): living room with a sofa, armchair and Smart TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is full equipped with all main utensils for cooking and appliances.
Floor 1: spiral stairs lead up to the bedroom with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. There is an adjacent room with a working desk. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

APARTMENT 2
Floor 2: open-spaced room with a sloped wooden ceiling. Main features include a double bed, sofa and a Smart TV. Dining table with chairs. Small kitchen equipped with new appliances to prepare your meals. Full bathroom with a shower.

TERRACE
Next to apartment 2, there is a small roof-terrace with outdoor seating and a laundry room with two washing machines.

STAIRS
Our accomodation is not suitable for elderly or people with reduced mobility.
The access to apartment 2 is by an individual staircase at the end of the house, so you do not have to cross apartment no. 1. However, as the house is one legal entity, we rent both apartments together, and not individually. Have a close look at the photo of the stairs because they are steep.

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.

With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.

Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment, 3 options:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.


Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).
