The main centre is a 15 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Completely renovated in September 2018, the apartment is an old commercial venue converted into a comfortable holiday home. It is on the ground and lower ground floors of a quiet residential building.
The living-dining area has 2 windows facing Juán Sebastián Elcano street. The orientation is east, with direct sunlight in the mornings. There are 2 sofas, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. TV with long arm wall mount and high speed fiber optic internet connection.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including: microwave, fridge / freezer and cooktop with 2 burners. There is a capsule coffee machine, toaster and tea kettle. The washing machine is downstairs at the main bathroom.
There is a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, next to the kitchen.
Stairs go down to the sleeping area, where architects decided to create an integrated space with 2 twin bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own entrance door for privacy, and can be communicated internally one with another by large sliding doors. The open doors allow adequate ventilation during the day. There is a window that opens onto a quiet open patio, and another window in the bathroom below.
Between both rooms is the main bathroom. With a large walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin. The bathroom includes a small room with washing machine-dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning products.
The apartment has a modern style with an industrial touch ..., with exposed pipes, wiring and architectural structures. There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating.
Free parking garage available - please advise. The location of the apartment is just 2 minutes away from the April Fair (Feria de Abril).

It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Location is great! 15min walk to Triana and Cathedral / Alcazar. Place was clean, good communication. Free parking 2 blocks away free is a bonus. Rooms were comfortable with blackout. Wifi good. Coffee machine, milk for free + toiletries. Small issue to keep in mind: rooms are on basement (which is preferable as the enttance is right on street) and it can get quite humid. One of the rooms has no windows and you cannot open the bathroom window as it goes to a strange smelly place. There are some noise from water waste upstairs from time to time when in use.

El apartamento coincide con las fotos. Está justo enfrente de la Hermandad de las Cigarreras por lo que a pocos minutos andando puedes ir a Calle Pureza o cruzar el puente de San Telmo y entrar a la zona de la Catedral por Puerta de Jerez. Esto te deja a mano muchos puntos de interés para visitar. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, nos dejaron cápsulas de café que nos fueron muy útiles, junto con enseres básicos como azucar, un cartón de leche, etc. La plaza de garaje está fantástica. En nuestro caso ya conocemos mucho Sevilla y estuvimos toda la Semana Santa. Nuestro descanso en el apartamento fue de 10.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement confortable, très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique à pied, mais aussi pour les petits restaurants et commerces à deux pas. L accueil chaleureux du propriétaire prêt à rendre service rapidement. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le parking très proche est un grand avantage, car se garer dans cette ville semble soit impossible soit très cher.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. The parking space was perfect for us. Lovely host met us with the keys and gave us a great introduction to Seville. The hot water ran out quickly for us so a slight problem but the host came out to take a look and sort it out.

Really nice spot. Clean and tidy. Just a quick walk away from the city center and most go to places. Great value for money and super friendly host that welcomed us! Parking spot is also great if you’re going by car as we did. And Sevilla is great!

Esperienza da ripetere. Siviglia è una città bellissima, ricca di arte e di cultura; i soli tre giorni non sono stati sufficienti per visitare tutti i luoghi interessanti. L'alloggio molto carino, curato nei minimi dettagli e ben attrezzato, vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi con facilità. Great apartment, clean and close to the city centre (15 min from the most important attractions), near Barrio de Triana, beautiful and great neighborhood for who wants to grab a drink at night. The area is quiet and full of grocery stores opened also during the night, nice local restaurants/tapas bars/cafè. We found everything we needed in the house (iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle + coffee, milk and tea). The indoor parking is 1 min far from the apartment (ON REQUEST), for free. The check-in was easy and quick, the check-out is self dependent so great if you have to leave early or late too.
