1-bedroom apartment with a private terrace, located on a quiet street on the edge of the historic Santa Cruz neighbourhood.
There is an open-plan living area including a fully-equipped kitchen, separated by a counter. Furnishings include a round dining table, chairs, sofa and tv.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200cm) and wardrobe, beside it is the bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
The bedroom and living room have separate hot/cold air-conditioning units. There is also Wi-Fi internet access and a flat-screen TV.
A wrought-iron spiral staircase leads up to the sunny terracotta-coloured terrace, which is furnished with wicker loungers, and a table and chairs. Charming details include plants, Moroccan lanterns and a kilim rug.

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.
Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

Fijn appartement in een rustige buurt. Alles op loopafstand. Prijs-kwaliteit hebben wij iets lager gewaardeerd. Dit omdat het appartement best prijzig was. Maar achteraf begrepen wij dan ook dat er een festival was, en dat daardoor een hoger tarief is gevraagd. Het was voor ons een leuke bijkomstigheid om het festival te beleven. We vonden wel dat er misschien wat meer handdoeken neergelegd mag worden. Verder hebben we genoten van het appartement. De stad Sevilla is geweldig. Wanneer je dan moe terug komt is het heerlijk vertoeven op het terras boven. We komen zeker terug wanneer we weer naar Sevilla komen.

Great Apartment, clean and with everything you need. Bed extremely comfortable. Centrally located. 20 mins from the Train Station (Santa Justa). The late check-in went well. As we stayed for more than 7 nights (8), we had a bed linen and towel change half way through - was not expecting this, but greatly appreciated!

Appartement très calme puisque situé dans une cour intérieur et voisins discrets . Permet de bien se reposer après les visites . Situé dans un très chouette quartier avec restaurants et bar à tapas juste à côté, jolies petites rues , très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Paula la propriétaire , et Ismaël de l’agence dont les conseils avisés nous ont été très utiles . La réactivité d’Ismaël pour nous apporter un tire bouchon qui manquait est à noter . Le seul petit point négatif serait peut être le peu de lumière naturelle dans l’appartement qui peut paraître un peu sombre , mais la terrasse à l’étage permet d’oublier cela . À conseiller

The apartment was perfect for our needs - we could walk everywhere and Paula left very helpful lists of things to do and places to eat. We particularly liked Petra, a small family run restaurant only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, also Tragon, which Paula recommended. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean - definitely recommend this place to others.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien placé. Le quartier est très sympa et nous avons absolument tout fait à pieds. La terrasse est un plus pour profiter du soleil. Le logement était très propre et l'accueil super. Petit point négatif sur l'isolation sonore, on entend bcp les voisins et la rue. Et les plaques de cuisson sont vraiment de l'appoint, elles ne chauffent pas beaucoup. Un logement qui a été a la hauteur de nos espérances et dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cet appartement est bien situé, presque en périphérie de l'hypercentre, offrant l'accès au centre historique en 10 minutes par de petites ruelles piétonnes, et à la gare en 10-15 mins (pratique pour louer un véhicule pour des escapades dans la région). La terrasse est une valeur ajoutée réelle, étant bien exposée avec du soleil du matin jusqu'en milieu d'après midi. Nous occupions les lieux mi-fevrier et avons pourtant passé de longues heures allongés dans les transats au soleil. L'appartement lui-même est fonctionnel, un peu sombre mais c'est compensé par la terrasse. Equipement de cuisine plutôt sobre (ajoutez svp un tire-bouchons !) mais suffisant pour y vivre à deux. L'insonorisation est un peu légère (heureusement que les voisins étaient calmes). Le gestionnaire est très disponible pour toute requête. Nous sommes donc satisfaits de notre séjour de deux semaines dans cette location.

Buen apartamento rodeado de buenos bares, comercios y pequeños supermercados. Está en un portal tranquilo. La calefacción funciona muy bien. Cocina con todo lo indispensable. Baño en buenas condiciones y habitación acogedora. Una pena que el suelo no estuviera muy limpio y que las sábanas del sofa-cama tuvieran algunas manchas. Siendo invierno, echamos de menos una manta para el sofá-cama. Estuvimos a gusto.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Juano. Paula n était pas presente. Le logement est proche du coeur de la ville , une dizaine de minutes à pied. Également à 15 minutes de la gare où nous vous recommandons de prendre le train pour visiter Cordoue ou Cadix en faisant l aller retour dans la journée. (pensez à réserver à l avance) Séville est une jolie ville très animée et avions plaisir de retrouver le calme en rentrant dans l appartement. La télévision devrait être changée car un peu vieille.... une smart TV serait une bonne idée... sinon tout était parfait !

A D. Paula foi muito amável em toda a comunicação anterior e após a reserva. Fui muito bem atendido e tratado por toda a equipa com respeito e amabilidade. O apartamento estava bem limpo, é muito agradável, corresponde exactamente à descrição e às fotografias que estão no anúncio. Está bem localizado e da forma que está inserido no prédio está pouco exposto ao sol, o que permite que não aqueça muito com o calor de Sevilha. A cama é boa, dormi bem, e é perfeito para descansar pois não havia qualquer ruído. Recomendo e voltarei seguramente! Experiência a repetir! Muito obrigado.

Gut ausgestattestes und sehr sauberes Apartment. Sehr guter Service von Veoapartment (Schlüsselübergabe etc.). Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Da wir im Winter dort waren war das Apartment für uns etwas kühl (trotz Heizmöglichkeit mit den Klimageräten), insbesondere das Badezimmer und der Boden. Wenn ihr im Winter anreist Hausschuhe nicht vergessen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einem sehr interessanten Stadtviertel. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir werden Sevilla wieder besuchen und dann sicher wieder bei Veoapartment buchen.

Das Apartment ist angenehm, das Haus ist meistens ruhig und doch ist es zentral gelegen. Im letzten September hatte ich etwas Immissionen vom Apartment im Nebenhaus. Dies war wohl von einer Gruppe junger Leute gemietet die auf der Terrasse dann Wasserspiele veranstaltet haben, wobei die Terrasse des von mir benutzten Apartements auch etliche Duschen abbekommen hat.Das wurde auch von den Leuten wahrgenommen, aber ohne Konsequenzen.

A comfortable apartment in a great location in Seville, just down from Plaza Alfalfa. Walking distance to all the attractions of this beautiful city. Well equipped, air conditioned, nice little rooftop terrace accessed from a spiral staircase in the middle of the apartment! Well maintained building, area felt very safe and secure. Good value, management company very efficient and helpful.

Es ist in Ordnung, allerdings hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut . Nice to have wäre Möglichkeit zum Musikabspielen (CD Anlage mit USB Anschluss), ansonsten ist eigentlich alles vorhanden.

Lage war in Ordnung, recht zentral aber doch ruhig. Ausstattung nicht hervorragend, aber ausreichend. Zwei Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo man z.B. frühstücken kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr nah. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Klimaanlage in Wohnzimmer kühlte nicht ausreichend; Duschschlauch war defekt und Reparatur wurde uns zwar bei Ankunft angekündigt, jedoch bis zu unserer Abreise nicht durchgeführt.

We arrived early for the check-in at the apartment instead of the office, our mistake, but the young man who arrived to let us in just had the best attitude and was very helpful, left our luggage while the apartment was being serviced and that was it, we were off exploring to find his recommendations. Great apartment and would certainly use them again.

This was my second time in this apartment, and again it proved fantastic. The location is perfect and the rental staff were all terrific; really a pleasure to deal with. My only criticism is that two pieces of furniture, which were fine when I visited last year, are now broken and need to be replaced: the sofa bed (one of its arms) and a deck chair on the upper patio (a hole in the seat). This notwithstanding, we had a very happy stay!

Appartement à l'identique des photos! Très bien placé, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale! Des petits commerces à proximité (boulangerie, épicerie) et même quelques restaurants tapas à la sortie de l'appartement! Très propre et une terrasse très agréable. Et en plus le service et l'accueil ont été parfait ! Nous étions ma femme, moi et mon fils de 2 ans et l'appartement était parfait pour nous. Bref je conseille sans hésiter !!!!!

El apartamento está muy coqueto, es recogido, practico y tiene de todo. Cierto que escasea la luz natural, pero creo que haciendo calor hasta se agradecerá. Acabamos de estar la semana de Pascua y fué un acierto. Está cerca de todo y no hacé falta el coche para nada.
