Charming one bedroom apartment with a large private terrace. It is centrally located on calle San Felipe, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and 15min walk from the Cathedral.
The apartment is distributed on 2 levels. On the main floor is the living-dining room. There is a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.
There is a separate toilet just off the living area.
On the upper level is the bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The private terrace, accessed directly from the bedroom, is furnished with deckchairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy, making it an ideal spot to have a meal outside, relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.
Other features: terracotta flooring and ceilings with wooden beams. Free WIFI internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment is on the second / third floor of a quiet residential building, without elevator.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. The Apartment is great to work in also for a longer period. WiFi is working great and all you need is nearby like supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and many more. The roof terrace is great to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and have breakfast in the sun. The electric sun blinds are a big plus! Towels and bed sheets get replaced once a week which is a fantastic service. The interior isn’t the newest but anytime we reached out with something we got immediate response and support. We enjoyed our workation to the fullest!

Absolutely loved this place for a central and fun place to stay. it had everything I needed and the folks who met me to drop off the keys and do the intro were superb and so sweet. appreciated their local recommendations as well. unfortunately, mistakes happen, and I broke a component of the clothes washer. Magda responded immediately and kindly and remedied the situation quickly. the one thing I'll say that I didn't expect is that those Spaniards love to party late. the first night, I slept with the windows open to let in the breeze and was woken up a few times, once to drunken cheers and once to glass breaking in the street. things can get a little loud at the popular tavern down the street

Paula and Miguel were great hosts from the moment we booked the flat in Seville. Communication was quick and easy and they were full of help and recommendations on how to get the best out of our time in Seville. The flat is as described and is right in the heart of everything there is to do in the amazing Spanish city. Everything is walkable and we loved strolling around and getting lost, but discovering new sites. The flat is clean and has all you need for a short stay. The sun terrace is lovely but was so hot! Great for sun lovers and there are awnings if you need a bit of shade. The TV has one English channel of random programmes so download things before you stay (not that you would want to stay inside with everything on your doorstep!). Highlights of Seville for us was a cooking class in Triana Market and going up the Setas de Sevilla (in the day and at night). Bullring also a must do. All in all a perfecr stay in a great AirBnB. Thank you ????

L'appartamento di Paula é perfetto per coloro che vogliono soggiornare a Siviglia! Confortevole, pulito e con una terrazza ideale per trascorrere momenti di tranquillità. L'appartamento é ubicato nella zona di Santa Catalina, a due passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Paula é un'host fantastica! Ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e dandoci mille suggerimenti su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Assolutamente raccomandato ! Grazie mille Paula !

We worked from Paula's home for a week and explored Seville on the weekend. The wifi was brilliant for working all day, the terrace amazing to catch the afternoon and evening sun, and everywhere you'd want to visit in Seville is walkable. Plenty of recommendations on arrival, and Paula and the checkin team were super responsive and proactive when our flight was delayed meaning we checked in later. Amazing place, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was in a good location, the main attractions were accessible on foot. The bed was comfortable and the terrace great for sitting and sunbathing. There is a cerveceria on the street and sometimes there was noise, otherwise the location is very quiet.

I would definately recommend this place. It is central, yet private. We stayed for three weeks and it was a nice base, to discover Seville. Santa Justa train station is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment, and will bring you to Cadiz, Cordoba, etc.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, die alle Wünsche erfüllt hat... Ich war über 2 Wochen dort und habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Wohnung und dem Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Straße ist für Autos gesperrt, weil zu schmal - das ist super. Trotzdem kein Problem falls man mit Uber/Taxi kommt (nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß). Ruhige Lage trotz drei Restaurants/Kneipe direkt in der Straße (an lebhaften Abenden muss man doch schon mal das Badezimmerfenster schließen). Alle drei Lokale sind auf ihre Art sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben das Angebot sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal: Die Lokale in dieser Ecke sind günstig und nicht touristisch ausgerichtet. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight - im November viele Stunden Sonne, wenn es in den Gassen schon kühl ist. Einziges Manko: Das Bett ist wirklich schmal (120cm?) und der Stauraum arg begrenzt. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß aber für zwei Personen dank guter Einrichtung prima. Zu viert würde ich dort nicht wohnen wollen (keine Ahnung, ob das im Angebot ist). Die Besitzerin Paula kam bei Übergabe mit einem Service-Mitarbeiter, der Englisch sprach. Alles super. Zweimal Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt in 14 Tagen.
