Singular 1-bedroom apartment belonging to a Sevillian courtyard house from the 18th century, completely restored for modern comfort while keeping the original charm.
The interiors have been treated carefully with a personal touch in order to create unique spaces, highlighting the existing traditional construction elements such as terracotta flooring, wooden floors, artistic locksmiths and others. The high ceilings offer a great feeling of space and comfort.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and smart TV. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and central air conditioning with cooling and heating. The thickness of the walls and double-glazed windows provide a natural acoustic and thermal insulation all year round, even in the coldest and hottest months.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer included. Dining table and chairs.
A short corridor leads to the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed of 150x200cm and a wardrobe. There is a supplmentary bed available, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 3.
All windows face the outside and the large Sevillian patio of the house. It is very quiet inside, without exterior noises - making this apartment a perfect oasis in the heart of the city centre.
Located at number 14 of Calle Cantabria, between Plaza de San Lorenzo and Plaza de la Gavidia, near La Campana, Alameda de Hércules and Metropol Parasol. You can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

Appartamento carinissimo, esattamente come in foto. Posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Ismael è stato molto simpatico e gentile nel darci tante dritte su dove mangiare in zona. Consigliatissimo

Ma mère et ses sœurs ont occupé l’appartement pendant 1 semaine durant les fériés de Séville. Il était TRÈS accessible, notamment pour les personnes avec un déambulateur et personne PMR (ce qui était le cas de ma maman). Le cadre correspondait à l’ambiance typique de l’Andalousie que nous recherchions et il était placé de façon avantageuse pour nous permettre de visiter pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Je recommande et remercie l’hôte pour son accueil !

VeoApartments are the property management firm for Cantabria 14 in Sevilla. They were very helpful throughout the booking process. I had booked Cantabria for two weeks and then another property immediately after for two weeks, which I ended up having to cancel because of some confusion with VRBO, which was unfortunate. We spent three weeks in this delightful, quiet, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. The location was fantastic - we walked everywhere and ate in the most wonderful restaurants. All kinds of shops were nearby. People were friendly, even though our Spanish is somewhat limited. My only disappointment was the total lack of sunshine coming into the apartment through the windows, due to the rather high walls of the nearby surrounding buildings and the central patio, and to the very narrow streets. Otherwise, a wonderful place in a wonderful city!

Amazing place in Seville! Very charming apartment, cozy, quiet, super clean and well maintained, centrally located, and walking distance to all sightseeing attractions. Super comfortable bed, good wifi. Everything in the apartment works well, it was pretty much a perfect stay! Highly recommend!!

Macarena was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij aankomst. Het appartement is super mooi, fijn bed, compleet ingerichte keuken en erg rustige ligging. Wij hebben 4 nachten genoten. Wel jammer dat er maar 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek per persoon beschikbaar was. Dat vinden wij erg weinig voor 4 nachten. Gevraagd naar meer handdoeken, maar dat was niet mogelijk. We konden de handdoeken wel wassen...

Such a gorgeous apartment with colourful touches. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was welcomed during the very hot days at the end of April. We cannot wait to come back so we can explore this neighbourhood more! Loads of local bars, restaurants, and cafes.

We have stayed in many of Veo's apartments and really enjoyed this one because of the style and also the location. Having some simple instructions on a laminated card for fast wash on the machine and also for operating the television would be extremely helpful !

The apartment is at the ground floor and it is as described. Clean and very well equipped, with all you need (washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, iron with iron table, hairdryer…). Good WiFi. Great location just next to San Lorenzo and Gran Poder. Maybe a bit humid being on the ground floor.
