Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as carved wooden doors, wrought ironwork and ceramic tilework. The entrance of the house is through a patio with a seating area and a tiled fountain, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness.
The living room features a traditional Sevillian cierro window that lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.
Other features: TV, internet WIFI and air-conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). The elevator goes from the ground floor to the top floor.
4 Bedrooms + 4 bathrooms: each sleeping room has a double bed, a full bathroom with shower and plenty of wardrobe space. There is an additional supplementary bed available, which completes the house capacity to sleep 9.
Terrace & viewing platform: The house provides a beautiful terrace with plants, canopy and garden furniture. There is a second terrace with a laundry room and a higher terrace with a viewing platform - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of the Cathedral and Giralda tower.

Absolutely fabulous apartment with breathtaking view of the cathedral. The roof terraces were just lovely- and the cathedral bells were a beautiful backdrop to evening drinks. The place was clean and comfortable and couldn’t be in a better location,

The apartment is beautiful Private for a large party on four floors and two balaconies. The view from and location of the apartment cannot be beaten. You have your own private rooftop terraces! Be aware though you are in a busy location and with the shutters closed it does minimise the noise. But if a light sleeper this location may keep you awake. The tower bells also ring! But you get stunning views and best location! The beds are comfortable, with air con in each room. There is Storage in each room. All facilities required in the ensuites and kitchen. The home is lovely. Very luxurious. The host responsive.

This apartment is wonderful and conveniently located in the heart of Seville. The elevator makes it easy to access each floor with luggage. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Seville, an absolute gorgeous city. I only wish it was not so hot but there are air conditioners throughout the home.

What a gem! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is in a beautiful location with great restaurants and within walking distance of all Sevilla has to offer. The highlight of the entire house is the multiple levels of patios. The highest patio sits above the rooftop bars nearby. The location felt extremely safe inside the house and the community outside. Our family would certainly rent this place again when in Sevilla!

This house is on a corner right across the street from the Sevilla Cathedral! To see the tower lit by the morning, mid-day, and evening sun was stunning. Restaurants of all kinds were in walking distance and it was easy to grab a taxi if needed. We appreciated the recommendation of turning in our cars at the train station and not driving as the streets to the house are narrow, busy, and google maps doesn't always pick up on the one-way/dead end. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and a beautiful gathering space (although we didn't use it much as we had beautiful weather and were outside most of the time). Thanks for an amazing stay!!

The location is truly amazing. I don't think it gets much better than where it is located. You can journey to the top of the private balcony, 6 floors up, and see most if not all of the city. It is loud with the bells in and the crowds throughout the night. The place is also old.

This place is magical. The sunsets on the rooftop were dazzling. The location is perfect. Right in the center of it all. We spent 5 days here and we found new details we loved every day. The painted tiles on the staircase, the carved wood doors, the gorgeous three level terrace. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but are outfitted with closet systems that made it easy to organize our clothes. It was very convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, even in 95°F (35°C) temperatures. The 3 levels of staircases were beautiful, but daunting at the end of a long day, so the elevator was convenient to take us to the top floors. Overall, we LOVED this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Must be one of the best apartments in Sevilla. Look no further and just book it. The bathrooms are small but every bedroom has a private one. The tower clock at times goes off every 15 minutes pretty violently I must say, however I found it to be amusing. Having the whole place to yourself in this location is pure luxury! The 4th floor terrace is surprisingly private and is equiped with the necessary sunscreen. From here the stairs to the next floor that houses the washing machine and then on to the 6th floor terrace for amazing views of Sevilla being just a touch higher than the rooftop bars on either side. Communication was great and check-in check-out very easy. In order to catch an Uber you only have to walk 50 steps to the rights. This apartment really enhances your holiday!

This unit is about the most magical you can imagine. Location is insane. Literally on the corner of the square, facing the cathedral tower. It possibly is the building with the very best view of the cathedral tower in the entire city. Minutes walking from the gates. The unit itself is also incredible. Actually decent kitchen, laundry room, has an elevator for luggage. It had a 4th floor terrace and a 6th floor rooftop that is a bit higher than any of the rooftop bars surrounding the area. Downside is location as well though. Pick up and drop off can be a bit of a pain due to location in the middle of old town. And those cathedral bells. You will hear them all day and night. Bring ear plugs.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Sevilla. We had a reunion for seven and everyone agreed it was a wonderful experience. The elevator was wonderful for moving our luggage up the many stairs. The view of the Cathedral was magical.

We moved this house right by the catedral. Very easy to get around and we felt part of the city. The house is beautiful and host was very helpful with great recommendations. We were a group of 8—college daughters and friends plus my 80 year old parents. The elevator helped with luggage. Highly recommended

The townhouse is located in an amazing location and walking distance to not only the Alcazar, but also Plaza de Espana. The location across the street from Cathedral de Sevilla and the La Giralda Tower is picturesque and convenient. The photos on the listing accurately shows how the property looks like. The elevator in the townhouse is very helpful for moving luggage upstairs and downstairs. Just as additional information for future guests, there is a washer on the property on the 4th floor that is accessible on the outside spiral staircase and there are indoor clothes lines for air drying your clothes, but there is no dryer. Also, note that this particular location is difficult to get an Uber pickup or drop off in front of the property. There are restrictions for private cars for this district. However, there is a taxi stand that is conveniently a block down the street if you need transportation. All in all, our family had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend the property.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, everything is on the doorstep and the views from the upstairs balconies are amazing. Apartment was very clean and it was great to have the added bonus of a lift. Air conditioning was also great especially as it was so warm outside. Would recommend earplugs for light sleepers as the one downside of this fantastic location is the noise, however you do get used to it even the bells ringing throughout the night! Great choice for a group who want communal areas but also the privacy of individual rooms and bathrooms.

A lovely 4 level apartment in the perfect location. You literally have bars, restaurants, cafes at your doorstep. The views from the balcony was simply stunning, no need to visit a rooftop bar for the views, as it was all there from your own apartment. Kitchen well stocked. Visitors information office next door. Host was great to communicate with and I would recommend this apartment.

There's an unbeatable view of the cathedral from this large 4-floor apartment. The AC worked great and kept the rooms comfortable, even though it was 107 outside.

What a wonderful place! We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Beautiful home and so close to everything. Given the close proximity to the spectacular Seville Cathedral - so beautiful- do have to consider the church bells and also early trash pick up and recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Our family of five enjoyed a magical stay and hopes to return one day. The charming house is centrally located to provide an easy walk to all the sites, shopping and dining. The Casa Cathedral is exceptionally well located, couldn’t be better. Our family, 3 couples, had plenty of room and it was great to have the terrace to sit together and watch all of Seville below us. The apartment was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions as well as plenty of restaurants and tapas bars. As it’s located in a busy area there will be noise and of course the cathedral bells. The communications were fabulous, so helpful.

My family and I had an incredible and memorable stay at Casa Catedral in Seville. Casa Catedral is a unique and special property well positioned in an incredibly central location … steps from countless bars and restaurants as well as all of the major attractions in Seville. The host was extremely responsive and helpful (a special shoutout to Damien), recommending excellent tapas bars and restaurants. We made so many memories that will last a lifetime. We recommend this Airbnb for a variety of different group types … families, couples, corporate events, etc., and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views! The rooms were all decent sized except the one at the top. Thats also the only one that does not have an attached bathroom and the bathroom was kind of cramped and hard to move around. Aside from that everything was beautiful and everything was within walking distance. Communication was easy and fast.

The Casa Cathedral was perfect for our family of six adults! Each couple chose a room on a separate floor, so it afforded great privacy! The apartment was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We loved spending time on the patio and watching all of the activitiy in the area. If you have trouble sleeping, you might want to bring ear plugs to block out the street noise and church bells. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any larger group staying in Seville!

Great location, amazing view. Only shortcoming is that it was noisy from the hourly church bells ringing (can’t be helped if you want to live next to the cathedral!), and street noise from ground floor room. Otherwise we loved it!

Perfect location!!! Located across from the cathedral and walking distance to restaurants, transportation, parking, and shopping, this apartment is perfect for a large group. The apartment is spaced for personal bedroom privacy, has immaculate bathrooms, has plenty of light during the day as well as blackout shutters for sleeping. The beds are comfortable and there are extra comfortable blankets in the spacious closets. We felt very at home for our 9 day stay and cooked a few meals inside. The views and terrace are spectacular. Helpful tips for guests, it’s a bustling street so if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping like we are bring ear plugs and you’ll sleep beautifully. 10/10 we would stay again!

This Airbnb is wonderful. The location is amazing right across the street from the Cathedral, Alcazar, and archives of the Indies. So many restaurants and bars right at your doorstep. The terrace is awesome, three different levels but private elevator inside the apartment. Book this place, it’s awesome!
