El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.

o apartamento é lindo, amplo, bem decorado e muito bem localizado. Fica no entorno do Bairro Santa Cruz, quase esquina com uma rua linda e agradável, cheia de bares e restaurantes. Apesar disso, era super silencioso. A única questão a considerar, é que é uma rua de pedestres, ou seja, não chega carro nem para deixar bagagem. Há um local acessível há apenas 150 metros, mas a maioria dos Ubers não sabem chegar ali e te deixam há uns 500mt do apartamento. Mesmo assim, valeu muito!

Se encuentra muy cerca de la Catedral de Sevilla y puedes ir andando a la mayoría de lugares. La mayoría de los restaurantes en la calle de enfrente son deliciosos y el personal es amable. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y había dos baños con cuarto de baño, por lo que era perfecto para que lo usaran 4 personas. Altamente recomendado para los coreanos. El mejor alojamiento de España. Muy recomendable.

Fantastic place right in the heart of old Sevilla. Few minutes walk to the cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar. Lots of great restaurants a few steps away but the hotel itself is super quiet. The apartment is quite private, safe and lovely. The beds were comfy and the showers/bathrooms were excellent. We absolutely would stay here again!

Great location right in the middle of the old town. Even though the apartment is very central it is also vey peaceful when you enter the block. Very comfortable and clean. 2 minute walk to the cathedral. Beds very comfortable. Host very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Non era comodo avere un bagno fuori dalla camera oltretutto nel passaggio comune. Letti comodi, abbastanza silenzioso. Sarebbe stato carino trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua prima di andare a fare la spesa. In un bagno mancavano asciugacapelli e tappetino per la doccia, li abbiamo richiesti il primo giorno ma non li hanno mai portati. Tutto sommato la posizione compensava il resto. Anche l’aria condizionata centralizzata è comoda. Lo consiglio. Non metto 5 stelle perché potrebbero migliorare…

Fabulous location. Very modern apartment in a centuries old neighbourhood. Close to every major attraction. Very walkable location. Within minutes of multiple restaurants, the cathedral and the Real Alcázar.

La ubicación es verdaderamente excepcional. Está en el corazón de la ciudad, lo que lo convierte en un punto de partida perfecto para explorar Sevilla. Además, a diferencia de otros alojamientos en áreas céntricas, este apartamento sorprendentemente no sufre de ruido nocturno, lo que garantiza un descanso tranquilo. El apartamento en sí es moderno y cómodo. Estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio empañada por un problema de comunicación. En un momento dado, necesitaba contactar al anfitrión o al equipo debido a una situación que surgía, pero lamentablemente, no pude comunicarme con ellos. Intenté llamar al número proporcionado por Airbnb, pero la persona que respondió, presumiblemente el propietario, no tenía el contacto de la persona que nos recibió en el apartamento. A pesar de intentarlo varias veces, no recibido respuesta ni seguimiento al momento de escribir este mensaje.

The apartment is in the perfect location as it is just a short stroll to the cathedral and other areas of interest. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance from the apartment and they are all rated very high.

L’appartement est idéalement placé au centre de Séville et très pratique pour 4 personnes (2 sdb disponibles). Idéale pour 2 couples. L’emplacement très central dans la zone piétonne est très calme malgré ce quartier très animé. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Je recommande cet appartement pour une visite à Séville car toutes visites principales peuvent se faire à pied. Escapade d’une journée possible à Cordoue depuis la gare très pratique.

Séjour en famille. Parfait surtout pour notre maman qui a des difficultés pour marcher. Très bel appartement, fidèle à la description, très bien aménagé et décoré. La patio intérieur est ouvert donc bonne aération et au calme de la ferveur de la ville. Extrêmement bien situé, au pied de la Giralda. Très bel immeuble également. Très propre. Et super accueil de notre hôte lors de la remise des clefs. Au top! Très bonne adresse!

Excellent location in the heart of the centre. Everything worth seeing was within walking distance. Buses to and from the airport within 10mins walk. Ram every 20 mins or so. Drops you off right outside departures. The apartment was really clean and had everything needed for a city stay. Basic toiletries and washing machine provided with soaps. Well done. The folder of information was useful. Everything was organised with guests in mind. We felt secure. Nicely decorated. Only slight negative, is the beds were a little too firm. Four single beds. Loads of storage space in bedrooms. We would recommend it. Especially if you want to be in the centre of everything. Once in the apartment it was really quiet! Excellent for a peaceful sleep.

Het appartement ligt in het toeristisch centrum maar toch is het heel rustig. Doordat het appartement verder van de straat ligt heb je helemaal geen last van de bruisende stad Van daaruit kan je alles te voet doen

Extremely well placed for exploring the old part of the city, with lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed several of the ones suggested by the host. The apartment is modern and well equipped, perfect for two couples to share. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

I stayed here with 3 other women and it was our perfect home base to explore Seville. It's close to the cathedral and many restaurants and bars, but just off a side street and facing an inner courtyard so it was very quiet. It's in a modern building with heating and heated floors so we were very cozy. Given the location this place is a great value. The only thing that might be improved is having more comfortable pillows. Other than that everything was great.

Super cooles Apartment mitten im Zentrum und mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet und hat viele Möglichkeiten die eigenen Sachen zu verstauen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fussbodenheizung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Uns hat eine kleine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich gefehlt und die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (es hat z.B. keine Rüstmesser). Ansonsten wirklich alles super.

Sin duda una gran ubicación si planeas visitar el centro, esta en una calle peatonal por lo que para tomar un taxi o un uber hay que caminar un poco, cosa que no fue problema para nosotros, las instalaciones son muy nuevas y el lugar es muy cómodo.

We loved this apartment. It was lovely and well equiped. We walked to everything and never needed a taxi except back to train station. Wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this place. Would suggest quest be given more information on location of apartment, in case the taxi puts them out in the wrong place, as ours did. That was the only problem we had. Many thanks to the host.

This was the most wonderful place to stay! Beautiful clean apartment so near wonderful restaurants and walkable for so many highlights yet also very quiet. Manuel was very responsive by text; check in & out were easy and he provided some helpful tips and advice. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

This is a great apartment - spacious, totally renovated, vey clean, well appointed and very central. Just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Cathedral, restaurants and excellent bars and rstaurants, the apartment is perfect for two couples. Manuel was an excellent “host” - friendly, communicative and helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment! The location is fantastic, right nearby the cathedral and numerous restaurants, while incredibly quiet inside the apartment. Communication with the host was seamless. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends and family.

Excellent location, clean, modern, and quiet. A tad small, but pretty much as expected and well worth the other benefits. The ancillaries (no shampoo for instance) are at a basic minimum, but again worth the price, location and quiet.
