Two bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.

The entrance is immediately to the living room, with a sofa and TV. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen, with separate entrance, is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: washing-machine with dryer, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Full bathroom with a shower.

There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) and fast fibre optic internet connection.

The apartment is located at calle Peral, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Second floor, without elevator.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history. 

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment, 3 options:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.


Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Nada que objetar al apartamento, pero la total falta de aparcamiento nos obligó a dejar el coche a aproximadamente 1 km de distancia, en un aparcamiento de pago (cerca del hospital Macarena), con un coste de unos 30 € por 12 horas. Este es el único punto crítico.
