En la planta inferior, están los dos dormitorios y el baño. En la azotea (tercera planta del edificio) dispone de una terraza de uso particular, accesible por ascensor. Es tranquilo porque las ventanas del salón y los dormitorios miran a un patio interior.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.
