The apartment has 2 floors. On the main floor (second floor) is the living room and kitchen. On the lower floor (first floor) are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Full bathroom with a shower.

On the roof terrace (third floor of the building), there is a small terrace for private use. The access to the terrace is from the communal staircase of the building or by elevator (NOT from the apartment itself).

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Apartamento fiel al anuncio, limpio y funcional, anfitrión acogedor y flexible (nos permitió hacer el «late check-out»).
La ubicación es un buen compromiso: a 10 minutos de Setas y a 20 minutos del centro, pero el paseo es agradable y la ubicación es tranquila.

Mobiliario moderno, buenas camas y muchas toallas. Hay algunas cápsulas de café en la cocina. Bienvenida amable y buenos consejos.
Ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia de Las Setas.
