Seville Apartment Pacheco

Two bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.

The entrance is immediately to the living room, with a sofa and TV. Adjacent to the living area, is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: washing-machine, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.

A short corridor leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms, as well as the rest of the apartment, face the inner side of the house - therefore it is very quiet inside. The sofa can be converted into a bed, completing the apartment capacity for up to 4 guests.

The apartment is located at calle Pacheco y Núñez de Prado, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

First floor, with elevator. The patio of the house has a parking area for bicycles.
