Studio apartment on the second floor of a Sevillian townhouse with a central patio. It is located in a very quiet setting, at the end of an alley, behind the Church of San Luis, in Macarena - a traditional and constantly bustling neighborhood. There are food markets, supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance. The Cathedral is a 20min walk away.
Bright, fully renovated and equipped studio composed by: bedroom with double bed (190x150cm), dining area, kitchen and full bathroom with shower.
Wi-Fi internet, underfloor heating for cooling and heating, and air conditioning. The energy used in the entire house is 100% renewable.
Observations
1) The apartment is a room that forms part of a family townhouse, with its own separate entrance door. Only the common stairs are shared to access the apartment.
2) There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. Terrace for hanging clothes.
3) Second floor, without elevator.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

The apartment was wonderful. We had every convenience we needed. The bed was also very comfortable. Communication with the host went very smoothly. Check-in and check-out times were flexible as well. We were even allowed to leave our backpacks at their office, so we could enjoy our last day without carrying heavy bags.
