
A newly built, high-spec house with 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private terrace and a pool. Located on a very quiet, residential street in the Macarena neighbourhood.
Casa Pedro is a short walk from Seville's main attractions and sights. It is very close the Feria food market as well as the Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars, restaurants and cafés.
Suitable for up to 10 guests. The house of 155m² is spread over three levels, without elevator.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first double bedroom gives onto the quiet residential street. The other two double bedrooms on this floor have large floor-to-ceiling window doors that open onto a skylit interior courtyard. This area has comfortable seating and is very enjoyable in the summertime.
The open-space living area is on the first floor, laid out in an enfilade from the living room through the dining room to the kitchen. The central island in the kitchen enables easy cooking and participating in conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso machine, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is hidden away below the stairs. The dining room (with an extendable table for 10) and very comfortable living room are decorated in contemporary vintage style (without TV).
The fourth double bedroom and bathroom en suite is on the other side of the open courtyard on this floor. The final and fifth double bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor. Each of the five en suite bathrooms comprise walk-in showers, washbasin, hair dryer and toilet.
Access to the terrace with garden furniture and the pool area is also on the third floor.
The private POOL is available and maintained all year round, but not heated.

Movistar fibre optics INTERNET modem placed in the living room. There is a fast wireless connection in most parts of the house.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Ons verblijf in "Casa Pedro" in Sevilla was fantastisch! Perfecte ligging, levendige buurt met eetgelegenheden en uitgaanslocaties op loopafstand. Het ruime zwembad bood ontspanning en verfrissing na een dag verkennen. Het comfortabele appartement met vriendelijk personeel maakte ons verblijf nog aangenamer.
