Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. A window faces Pastor y Landero street and El Arenal traditional food market. The entrance hall of the apartment has a working desk. There is high speed fibre optic internet connection.
A corridor leads to the interior side of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes oven and washing-machine. Hanging lines outside the kitchen window for drying clothes. Dining room with a table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedroom 2 has a double bed (150 x 200 cm). One bedroom is located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The other bedroom is adjacent to the living room and faces Pastor y Landero street.
There is air-conditioning with cooling and heating in both bedrooms and living room.
The apartment has a surface of 110 square metres. It is on the first floor (one level above the ground floor) of a residential building, with elevator.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.
Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre. Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.
Explore one of the most exciting areas for eating out. There are many terrace bars, traditional restaurants and popular family-run taverns, where you can try a wide selection of tapas dishes typical of Seville.

Casa encantadora, muy limpia y grande, en sitio inmejorable para visitar la ciudad. Enfrente un parquin para poder dejar el coche sin problema. Muchos bares y supermercados a los alrededores. La casa cumplía con todo lo anunciado. Menaje de cocina suficiente y en buenas condiciones. Sábanas y toallas. Sin dudas volveremos Gracias

El piso grande y dos baños (importante), el ajuar de la cocina mejorable, no habia tazas de desayuno, ni jarra para poder calentar leche en el microondas. Nosotros solo usamos la cocina para el desayuno

The apartment is simply awesome, big kitchen, big rooms. Washer .Great AC. Love to be across from the Aral market where you can eat a coffee or drink drinks and then it’s close to the downtown, cathedral area, and Triana.

La casa es muy grande, pero está en un estado de deterioro considerable. Es antigua y necesita una reforma integral. Las camas no son cómodas, los baños y las duchas están muy viejos, y las griferías están a punto de desprenderse. Los aires acondicionados no funcionan y carecen de mandos. Además, no es posible dejar las persianas abiertas, ya que no tienen cerraduras y están desencajadas.

Muchas gracias de nuevo Morris por su visita. Lamentamos que el apartamento no haya sido de su agrado. Sin embargo todos los muebles son a estrenar (sillas, mesas, sofás, camas, muebles de cocina nueva con electrodomésticos como lavadora , vitro, etc.. Las baños tienen azulejos y lavabos clásicos que se conservan en buen estado, las duchas con mamparas nuevas como puede verificarse en las fotos del apartamento. El aire acondicionado (frio/calor) funciona de forma centralizada a través de un panel en la pared que se encuentra en el salón (por eso no hay mandos). Los estores son nuevos y las persianas funcionan correctamente. La habitación que da a la calle no tiene persiana pero tiene cortinas opacas. Espero que haya disfrutado su estancia durante la semana de la Feria de Abril en un barrio tan tradicional como el del Arenal.

The apartment has just been renovated and is a nice mix of old and new. It is spacious and comfortable except for the heating system. It is well equipped, only the dishwasher is missing. The agency staff is helpful and responsive.

El apartamento está bien situado .Debido a su situación hay mucho ruido . El aislamiento de las ventanas es muy malo y no se puede dormir por las noches . Requiere un cambio importante de las ventanas ( ventanas con rotura de puente térmico , vidrios acústicos y persianas ( eviten entrada de luz ).
