From the entrance door, stairs lead up to the living area on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Two windows face a quiet street. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils for cooking and appliances - washing machine included. Bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower.
On the third floor is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Terrace: The access to the private terrace is from bedroom No.3. It is decorated with plants and equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day.
Other features: Free WIFI internet, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
Note: The house is distributed over three main floors, with access via stairs. We don't recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.
Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre. Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato. L'impianto di condizionamento funziona molto bene e si sta bene. Il terrazzino è molto comodo soprattutto per la sera. L'Host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per visitare la città .
