Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with four chairs. The separated kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave. There is a shared rooftop to dry clothes which includes a private room with a washing machine.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower head (the second bathroom is smaller in size).
There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating), ceiling fans and free wifi internet connection.
The apartment is located at Plaza San Marcos. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Apartamento muy bien situado, muy limpio, buena ropa de cama. El único inconveniente es que hay un poco de ruido en la habitación que da a la plaza. Buena acogida. Estuvimos encantados con nuestra estancia. Volveremos.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and I would definitely recommend it to others. The Veoapartment team was very responsive and the check in process was very smooth. Dimitri met us at the door and gave us great recommendations for the area. It’s in a great location on Plaza San Marcos - very central, lots of good restaurants/bars, a supermarket right next door, and easy walking distance to all the main sites and central areas of Sevilla. It was a pretty quiet area as well without much street noise (besides church bells) so it was easy to sleep. The apartment was very comfortable and had all that we needed. There was a luggage storage place around the corner which we used on the last day after checkout - very convenient. My only rec is make sure you space out your showers as the hot water runs out sometimes if taken too close together. Overall, thanks for a lovely stay and would recommend staying here!

Llegamos por la mañana y después de consultar pudimos rápidamente, mucho antes, en el apartamento. Nos recibieron amablemente y todo estaba bien explicado. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Las habitaciones están bien. En la habitación con la cama doble se escuchan los sonidos del exterior, pero no es muy molesto. El edificio es muy tranquilo. Junto a él hay un supermercado y una cafetería con terraza. El centro de la ciudad está a unos quince minutos a pie. La comunicación a través de la aplicación es amable y fluida. En definitiva, una estancia muy agradable.

En primer lugar, estábamos muy satisfechos con todo. Nos dejaron entrar a la hora que queríamos. La persona que entregó la llave fue muy amable. La ubicación era muy buena. Nos es muy grato compartir nuestra impresión de nuestra estadía en el departamento de la Plaza San Marcos 13. La ubicación es excelente, en el casco histórico de la ciudad, rodeado de un variadas alternativas de comercio que nos permitieron abastecernos de lo necesario para la alimentación y aseo (horno, supermercado, farmacia); y también cubrir otras necesidades (librería, florería, modista, peluquería), además de contar con bares y restaurantes que nos permitieron descubrir una activa vida de barrio y percibir la idiosincrasia de los sevillanos.¡Un encanto! Por otra parte, su inmejorable localización nos permitió llegar a pie a los lugares de interés turístico como la Catedral, el Alcázar Real, Las Setas, la famosa Calle Feria, y la Puerta de la Macarena, solo por nombrar algunos. el departamento mismo cuenta con todo necesario para una estadía muy agradable: Dos habitaciones luminosas. We had a great stay ! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very helpful and accommodating—allowing us to check in slightly early and store our luggage, which made things much easier. The location is also excellent: easy to find, with several small cafés and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Great spacious apartment in a super location, close to everything without feeling you're in the middle of the most touristic zone. Joao let us check-in early which was of huge benefit and also let us leave our luggage at the office at the end of our stay so we could make the most of our last day unincumbered. We loved having the balcony over the plaza and being able to enjoy the sounds of life at different times of day. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely view of the square with a small church and some cafes. They send over a list with some instructions and tips&tricks for the area which was really nice. And the appartement was from an easy walking distance from all main sights. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Nos alojamos durante el período de Año Nuevo. El apartamento es grande y adecuado para dos parejas. Algunos problemas con la calefacción en una de las habitaciones, donde fue necesario calentar con un calentador eléctrico. En general, el alojamiento es acogedor, céntrico y vale el precio. La única pega fue el pago por late check-in, que se solicitó a pesar de que estábamos frente a la puerta antes de las 9pm esperando al anfitrión (quien dijo que llegaba tarde para recibir a otros huéspedes).

The apartment was exceptional in that there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms. This meant complete privacy when one of us either got up or went to bed at different times. The grocer minutes away was also handy and the area made us feel in the heart of Spain.

Excellent stay here. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in an excellent location. Self check in would have made arrival logistics slightly easier, but it was very nice to be able to get local recommendations from our host. Overall a great stay that I would highly recommend.

The flat is positioned in a charming, vivid but calm area of Seville. It has all the appliances and basic equipment you might need even for a longer stay. We were especially thankful for the earlier check in. We loved our time there and would definitely come back!

Très beau logement, propre, bien équipé et avec des beaux espaces. La présence de deux salles de bain a été très appréciée ! Nous avons eu une communication très fluide avec notre hôte et nous avons été très bien conseillé par Ismaël à notre arrivée. La localisation était parfaite, nous avons pu facilement nous déplacer à pieds dans tout Séville. Petit bémol : l’isolation phonique est très maigre, et la place bruyante (tout comme les parties communes parfois). Je ne recommanderai donc pas ce logement à des personnes ayant le sommeil léger. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour.

it was ok but a few things became difficult for me .The bathtubs where impossible for me to enter so i had 3 months only washing by the sink . another situation was that you promised to help me leaving . This guy who came to help me to the trainstation helped me to the tickethall and from there it was difficutl with suitcases and walking stick I was lucky another guy helped me to the train . and the guy who should help me asked me for taximoney home He said it was his day off . well!!! but i had a great time so everything is ok now I will come back to the companyanother year

Localização privilegiada, próximo de tudo. Em 15m a pé se está nos principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é muito confortável, completo, bem na praça de São Marcos. My mom was visiting me in Seville and wanted her own place to say nearby my apartment and this was the perfect space for her! The apartment was lovely, spacious and in an incredible location. The check-in was easy and she loved the space and the view out to the Plaza. The hosts were super responsive and helpful!
