El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

We had a very nice stay. The building with 8 rooms is in a quiet part of town but still only 10 minutes walk from the action. Erin took very good care of us while we were there. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. The common kitchen was on our floor. We never ran into any of the other guests so felt like we had it to ourselves. There is a laundromat on the main road directly across from the alley that veoapartment is on. Brugge is a treasure and we will definitely be back.

Zu Fuß sind alle schönen Plätze erreichbar, und zum Relaxen gibt es auch genügend Bars/Restaurants rundherum. Praktisch ist natürlich auch der gut sortierte MAS Supermarkt gegenüber. Also, wir empfehlen diese ruhige Wohnung, innerhalb der quirligen, lauten, lebendigen Stadt gerne weiter!

We naively booked this apartment for 39 days, as the main accommodation during our 3 month winter break in Andalusia. So learn from our mistake and never book a long stay without a break clause! Certainly this apartment is unsuitable for a long stay, particularly in winter when you need to have the heating on. The apartment was cold with cold floors. So switch the heating on right! Sadly, when we moved in, the filters for the heating system were so dirty that no air came through the system and we froze. Once they got the filters cleaned out - which took several days, we were then faced with another problem. Unfortunately, the worst thing about the apartment was the smell of sewage linked to using the heating/ventilation system. Two attempts were made to fix the problem - that alleviated but never fixed the issue. Most nights we had to choose between being too cold and having to put up with smell of sewage in the apartment. Not a great position to be in! The other significant problem was with the fridge/freezer, which was broken for many days and as it was difficult to source parts we were forced to switch it off for several days and throw out lots of spoiled food. The owner did pay for the ruined food that we had to throw away. Realistically however, the problem should have been identified and fixed before the place was rented out. Many of the fittings and fixtures in the apartment are of poor quality or poorly installed, eg. a handful of wire hangers, a shower fitting rail fixed with cardboard. We wanted to leave after just a couple of weeks of this, but the owner refused to engage, which was extremely poor considering this was such a long rental. For all these reasons, and despite Veoapartments repeated best efforts at repair, we were really disappointed in the accommodation. At the end of our stay the owner/Veoapartments offered us the princely sum of 200euros in recognition of the inconvenience. This didn't even cover the cost of the additional nights, when we had to move out of the apartment and into a hotel when the smell got too bad. Overall an incredibly disappointing and dispiriting experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Sevilla. Location - It is a very convenient neighborhood. It's easy to get to most central places in town within a 15 or 20 min walk, . The area was nice, felt safe, and had LOADS of places to eat/drink close by and a supermarket across the street. Apartment - Looks just like the pictures. Quiet, comfortable, and secure. The shower was great (super important!). The deck is really nice for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is definitely form over function, and can be strange to use. Ask the host to show you where the utensils are (very well hidden!), how to use the stove (it seems like it shuts down immediately after you turn it on), how to use the washing machine, and how to work the heating and A/C. All that said, these idiosyncrasies detract little from an otherwise awesome apartment. We were here 6 nights and easily could have stayed longer. This place is perfect for couples; a quiet oasis in a fairly central location in Sevilla. Recommended!

This apartment is very nice, very comfortable and well located.
We appreciated the quietness of the résidence with its beautiful patio.
Unfortunately August is well too hot to enjoy the pretty terrace but it’s still nice to have it.
Except for the airport everywhere we went to was within walking distance even the train station.
Communication was easy and an issue with the fridge was handled efficiently.
A little disappointment though was not having a bottle of water on arrival and the very low stock or absence of supplies like hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, detergent…
We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment in a great location which is central yet tranquil . The highlights are the terrace overlook the central fountain, the very comfortable bed, high quality bed linen and towels, very effective air con and the very lovely Damien who helped us check in when we arrived.
We had a meal at The La Quinta Brasería on the recommendation of a previous review and it was excellent. It is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and worth booking a table in their courtyard area which is is sublime.

The apartment is exactly as the photos show and it did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and situated in a private building which was very peaceful and quiet. Theres lots of excellent restaurants and cafes close by and a supermarket just across the road. Its about a 25minute walk into the Cathedral, but in Seville any walk is a pleasure. Highly recommended.
