The living area features a sofa, central table and TV. Large sliding doors open out to the private terrace. It is well decorated with garden furniture, deckchairs and a canopy. The small kitchen forms part of the living space and is equipped with all main utensils and appliances - washing machine included. Kitchen table with 2 bar stools.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

We stayed 4 nights in Sevilla. The location is great, in the centre! There is a new bar next door, which we loved. The appartement was ok, but needs some love. It is a bit old, and not everything was as described. The doors to the balcony could not be locked. I didn’t feel very safe, even though they told us it would be fine (which it maybe was). They checked and could not fix it within a few days, so we didn’t mind but it is weird that the doors cannot lock. We liked the bedroom, the bed was soft and that was nice. The balcony also has a lot of sun, which is great. The planks at the balcony floor are a bit loose. Kitchen does not have salt, pepper, oil, the basics that should be there (according to the advertisement). There is a small kitchen table with chairs that don’t fit. So to be honest, it is a nice appartement, but not worth the high price they are asking. Recommend putting a bit of money into a small renovation.

Hi Juelan, thank you for your feedback. Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the sliding door, we installed a lock on the lower side. We wanted to clarify that It closes perfectly. We are considering to buy two new chairs to make it more comfy. Salt, pepper or oil is based sometimes on the use of previous guests. Again we thank you for your visit!

El departamento es lindo y muy bien ubicado. Una terraza muy bonita para un desayuno o una cena perfectos. Para los valores de Sevilla, el apartamento merece la reserva. Cuenta con ascensor, lo que facilita el acceso. Tal vez algunos muebles más mejorarían la comodidad del apartamento. Pero aun así, ¡el apartamento es bueno!

Perfect location for a short trip to Sevilla, in walking distance of great attractions, shops etc. Balcony was amazing for sunbathing with lots of privacy which I really appreciated. An overall great stay and very responsive and accommodating host, would definitely stay again!

L'appartement est bien situé, mais malheureusement sur les 4 jours de permanence, trois ont été privés d'eau chaude. En effet le premier jour j'ai remarqué qu'il n' y avait pas d'eau chaude, je l'ai communiqué par email comme ça nous l'avait été suggéré, le lendemain quelqu'un est passé et effectivement le soir il y avait de l'eau chaude. On nous a laissé sous entendre que la pression de la chaudière était trop basse. cependant le lendemain de nouveau en panne d'eau chaude ... alors je n'ai pas renvoyer d'email pour ne pas passer pour un emmerdeur. Pour notre prochaine visite nous chercherons donc une autre solution.

Logement bien placé. Proche des sites à visiter et quartier animé. Bar restaurant salon de thé … Une terrasse sympathique avec une exposition du soleil l après midi. Une délicate attention nous attendait avec eau chips et gaufrettes.

We had a fantastic stay in Seville. The location of this apartment is perfect for easily walking to all the key must-sees and incredible restaurants! The deck is amazing and we really enjoyed relaxing there with a beverage in the late afternoon sun before heading out for dinner or an evening stroll! We would definitely return and recommend it to other visitors!

The apartment is perfectly suited in the beautiful City of Sevilla. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed by them. The apartment is cosy, friendly, clean and well equipped. Its best feature is definitely the roof terrace. Unfortunately we had rain all the time and could not use it as much as we had wished for. Because of the weather we also had to eat inside most of the time and definitely missed a proper dinner table indoors. And people who love to cook may struggle a bit with the boiling plates - but you get used to it. I would also like to recommend the hosts to provide bedding which is suitable for allergic people too. Other than that we can absolutely recommend this place!!!
