There are many traditional architectural features, such as wood beamed ceilings, cast iron columns and terracotta flooring. The contemporary furnishings create a stylish and comfortable space.
The living area features a sofa, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining area is the open-plan kitchen, which is well equipped with the main utensils and appliances.
The sleeping area has a double bed of 140 x 200cm. There is a small closet with a mirror door and three storage drawers under the bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Other features: TV, air-conditioning (cold / hot), ceiling fan and electric radiator. 4G WIFI Internet with unlimited data and a speed of 20 Mbps.
Fully refurbished in 2019, and with a surface area of 46sqm, the apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building, where until the 80s it was a well-known confectionery of the early twentieth century.
Its central location 100 meters from the Geographic Center, between Las Setas and Alameda; Feria street and La Campana, make the apartment an excellent starting point to explore the city of Seville.
Note: Washing machine not available. There is a laundry service at calle Jesús del Gran Poder 5, located just 350 metres from the apartment.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Apartment was well equipped, nice and very clean. Communication with hosts was very smooth and pleasant. We could leave the luggage in their nearby office on the day of the departure. Light sleepers may have issues with the elevated ground floor location. You cannot really open all the blinds unless you don't mind passers-by to see to your living room.

Merci pour le séjour, nous avons d'autant plus apprécié Séville car nous logions dans cet appartement. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, dans une rue calme (nous craignions le rez de chaussée mais aucun problème la nuit pour dormir), et des supers restaurants et bars à proximité pour prendre un verre, dîner, ou petit déjeuner. Nous avons visité Séville à pieds depuis le logement sans problème. Appartement propre, décoré avec goût. Seule petite remarque : la douche fuit et il y a vite une petite flaque d'eau qui s'installe. Merci encore !

This apartment was perfect for our trip - walkable distance to everything we wanted to see! Didn’t have to get an Uber or get a tram to any of our plans. The apartment was a great base - cosy, comfortable and felt very safe. Our hosts were helpful enough to get us an early check in by chance and gave us incredible recommendations and advice about airport travel. A homely and spacious stay with great amenities - wish we had booked to be in Seville longer! If staying be sure to visit the Jazz bar Gallo Rojo - a minutes walk away! Thanks!

Beautiful studio apartment in the Regina neighbourhood of Sevilla, a perfect spot for exploring. The host was super helpful with lots of recommendations and met us for check in. Overall loved the city & this apartment!

We had such a great stay here. The apartment is really comfortable for 2 people, very clean and in a lively neighbourhood with amazing vintage shops and loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Only thing to say is that because you’re in the ground floor, it can be a bit noisy but we had ear plugs so it was fine and slept very well as the bed was very comfy. The living space is compact but comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Ismael was super helpful on check in and gave us some great tips for going out in Macarena. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Seville.

This was my second time spending the month of January in this apartment and it’s the perfect place for me! Fully equipped with everything needed and has strong wifi. Bon accueil. Je n'avais juste pas compris que la flexibilité de l'accueil, au vu de notre retard avec la compagnie aérienne, était payante. Petit problème avec l'eau chaude de la douche, qui est en toute petite quantité (petit cumulus). Le second qui prend sa douche a de l'eau tiède, voir froide. En hiver, pas cool.. Si non, très bien pour le reste.

I had the most incredible stay here. It felt like home the moment I was greeted by Manuel and stepping inside. Such a wonderful feel to the apartment. Spotless clean with every imaginable appliance (even tea infusers!). Apartment is super comfortable & I loved it. Manuel so friendly too giving tips on where to go - ferria Thursday flea market a must! The neighbourhood is absolutely incredible. Authentic, charming, and the location AMAZING! You’re so walkable for the city and yet you have this wonderful peaceful home to return to after exploring the city. Exploring the Feria area is charming - I found a new spot each day in the city. Seville is an incredible city, I’m so glad I stayed here & would 100% return - absolute wonderful

The apartment is beautifully presented and perfect for a few days stay in Seville. The location is fantastic as it is in walking distance of all the local attractions, restaurants and bars, without being in a busy or noisy area. Manuel was really flexible, helpful and welcoming in terms of checking in and providing all the necessary information. We enjoyed our stay here. It was very central and in a great location. Ismael met us at check in and was very friendly helpful with great local recommendations. On a Sunday afternoon I did message asking for a suggestion about something and didn't get a reply until Mid morning on Monday but otherwise communication was very good. the place was really clean and comfortable and we loved how many pods for the coffee machine there were!!

From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. The place was spotless and very comfy, ventilated with air conditioning, super trendy and really well decorated. The host was very professional and gave us some great tips of places to visit. The location was perfect and everything is so easy to reach from the apartment. I could not have selected a better place to stay on my first trip to Seville. Can’t wait to return to Spain and hopefully to stay at the same place again.

A perfect stay! I just stayed at this apartment for 1 month and it was everything that I needed. The location is great- literally in the center of the city and walking distance to everywhere. It's on a little side street so even though the apartment is on the first floor it was never too loud. The apartment was comfortable and a great layout- great from working from for the month. Internet was fast and strong. I will definitely rent again when i return!
