The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. White marble flooring contrasts with antiques, aqua-green walls and wallpapered rooms.
On the lower floor is the living-dining area with 2 windows. Furnishings include 2 sofas, a central table and a desk. There is a dining table with seating for 4. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With washing machine.
A corridor leads to the family bathroom. With washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub. Beyond is a twin bedroom (90 x 200cm) with a large built-in wardrobe.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 2 bedrooms are interior-facing, and therefore very quiet for sleeping.
A door opens to the private terrace, which is furnished with 2 deck chairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.
Celinda is set on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

We spent three nights at Celinda apartment and it really suited us. The communication prior to arrival was good and somebody was waiting to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was pristine and well appointed and matched the description. It's in a good location only 10 minutes to the main sites and is in a friendly and lively district. All in all, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We were two couples and the apartment was great for privacy. Seville was a wonderful location to visit. We stayed for 4 nights. Pros: The location was brilliant....seemed like 25 bars / restaurants within a 5 mins walk. On 2nd floor, with a lift. Didn't notice any street noise, but then we did retire quite late. The hosts were delightful, meeting us at the property and supplying recommendations. The sun terrace was great, which is where we sat, when we were in. Kitchen was well equipped. Cons: You could only take one shower at a time...we used text to inform each other !!

The host was extremely responsive and caring with no resistance to any request. The location was superb in the old town, but as expected, could get loud at nights with windows open - not much issue if closed. The interior was quaint and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommend

Host communicated well & was there to greet us when we arrived and also provided some info about the local area etc. Location was very close to the 'mushrooms' and some restaurants nearby. Other attractions are a bit of a walk away but that was ok for us. Apartment itself was ok, could have been cleaner and could do with a good dust and general spruce; it looks a bit tired and worn. The outdoor terrace was a nice touch but, again, could have done with a clean. We had to buy some cleaning spray and wipe it down. Didn't use the kitchen much, except for the fridge to cool drinks, as ate out every day. Overall was okay accommodation in a nice area.

Apartment is in a good location, great that there is a lift up to the apartment as we were with somebody with a bad knee. Roof terrace is lovely but could do with more comfortable seating but good that you can block out the building opposite which I believe to be a nursing home which looks directly towards you. Facilities were good but as others have said the shower is over the bath and not easy to get in and out of and there’s nothing to hold on too. The downstairs shower is a little easier. Kitchen facilities are good and lots of plates and pans ect but only 2 large glasses and 1 small which is odd as the apartment sleeps 4 also only 3 cups. The beds were comfortable and the bedding good quality but sheets didn’t fit the beds and pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows so this made them squashed and hard so had to take off cases and lay them over the pillows and they were stained. Lastly the sofas, as most people have said, not very comfortable but they do the job.

Amazing stay at the apartment, very clean, ideal location as close to everything in Seville. Air conditioning was amazing and was really appreciated during the hot weather. The terrace is great for sunbathing and the outdoor table area has a shade over it which was really nice. Supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops all really close by. The hosts met us on arrival and gave us great tips and even took the time to write out some restaurant / places to visit etc suggestions which was amazing and really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend!

Great place, close to everything in Seville. A few steps from a local plaza with a good assortment of bars and cafes, as well as a full grocery store. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Air conditioning was a treat during the hot spell while we were there (though the locals probably didn't consider it out of the ordinary). We loved Sevilla!

The location of the apartment is great. Near shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a quick walk to many attractions. We came for Feria de Abril and it was a 15 min walk to catch a bus that went directly to Feria. The patio was great we are breakfast almost every morning there. We loved having the additional space. The main downside was the washer had an odd smell so I decided to use a laundromat

Szerettük a szállást, mert két generáció együtt, de mégis külön volt elhelyezhető. A főbb látnivalókat egyszerű volt megközelíteni és sok étterem volt a környéken. Kedveltük a házzal szemközti bodegát a hangzavar ellenére is és a Mokambo reggeliző hellyel nem tudtunk betelni. Remélem még máskor is eljutunk ide.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Seville. Pros: - The beds were very comfortable - Bathrooms had good water pressure - It was convenient having a washing machine - The heating system worked well - The bedrooms are quite - Great location, very walkable to all the local shops, restaurants and major attractions Cons - The furniture in the living room was a bit tired and the dining room table seats very uncomfortable with their metal backs - The only drying rack in the apartment is built in to the upstairs balcony area and cannot be brought inside. This left us nowhere to hang up our washing on days where it was too cold/wet to dry outside. - The shower upstairs has a sign saying not to move the glass ‘door’ when getting in/out of the bath/shower. As such one must climb on top of the toilet to access the shower which is very precarious and dangerous when wet. The downstairs shower does not have this issue. Overall for the price I would recommend this apartment in Seville!

Our stay at this apartment was perfect! All was as advertised. The location is a block away from Alfalfa Square, tucked away on a quiet street yet very close to everything you want to see in Seville. The beds were so comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Overall a wonderful stay and a space that fits 4 comfortably. Listing was as described, livable space with basic kitchen needs and washing machine. I would stay here again if I am coming back to Seville. Just a few things to note that that may differ from picture/normal expectations. There was only one soap bar provided even though it was 2 full bathroom. And no shampoo provided (though upon re-reading they did say this wasn't included). I mainly took off a star for the couch and the beds. While it is the same couch as pictured, it has been been worn down and not plump at all. I would recommended re-upholstering or getting a new set. I slept in the room with 2 beds, and one bed was much more worn down. My friends stayed in the full size bed and also said it was getting worn down.

Very good location, far enough away from the super tourist areas yet close to everything. Easily accessible, good communication, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked, and the climate control worked well. Try the bar across the street, good food, and great people watching. A couple of notes, my wife felt the place could have a been a bit cleaner, and they were a bit scarce on the toilet paper and paper towels. Otherwise highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy to find, early check in was permitted and excellent communication with host. Great layout for our family of three - didn’t use kitchen at all but seemed well equipped. Beds super comfortable and nice, dark quiet rooms at night. Couches a little worn and table wobbly. The front room was very cold during January stay - however Bedrooms stayed warm.

La communication avec l'équipe qui gère l'appartement a été très fluide en amont et l'accueil sur place facile et efficace. L'appartement est très bien situé, au cœur de la ville tout en étant au calme. Tous les lieux touristiques sont accessibles à pieds en 15 minutes. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes avec ses deux chambres et sa terrasse et les photos proposées sont fidèles. Notre limite vient de l'équipement de la cuisine qui pourrait être amélioré. Il n'y a pas de four, de machine à café ou de lave-vaisselle, le frigo est tout petit, les petites plaques vitro ont une puissance limitée et il y a peu d'accessoires de cuisine. Seville regorge de très bons restaurants mais en hiver il est parfois agréable de pouvoir cuisiner dans de bonnes conditions. Au dela de ce point cela reste un bel appartement, bien situé et donc très pratique.

This was an absolutely fabulous location, right in the heart of it all, close to everything!! The 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples and the space was beautiful! Don’t worry about the street noise, you definitely can’t hear it from the bedrooms. Highly recommend!!

Fab location with plenty restaurants, bars & shops. Walking distance to las setas, cathedral & virtually all attractions but we always tend to walk anyway. Although many bars close are open late, we didn’t really hear much noise, as bedrooms rear facing. The whole apartment block was very quiet. We didn’t use kitchen much (as ate out) but would be ok for cooking. We sat on top terrace once or twice but it gets pretty hot. I would book again, so central & only 20mins from airport.

The two floor apartment was ideal. There was enough space for 4 people and is located in a great area. Some of the restaurants I found online were just blocks away. But the internet was amazing. It was at 650 Mbps! That's enough for an entire team of remote employees! I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est,calme (fenêtres donnant sur l’impasse, pas de bruits), suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Il est surtout très bien situé à 2 pas de la place de l’Alfalfa qui est très sympa le soir et très proche des lieux touristiques. Nous recommandons chaudement (il y a la clim bien sûr !)

We had a great week in Paula's apartment. It was perfectly located for all of the main attractions and there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The space was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the roof terrace in the early morning/late evening. We couldn't use it during the day because of the extreme heat! If we are ever back on Seville then we will definitely return to Paula's place.

Lovely apartment!! I didn't get a chance to meet Paula, but the communication was prompt and clear. Easy check-in without any delays. Our trip started in Barcelona, Granada, Rhonda, then Seville. The location is superb, and many highly recommended restaurants are nearby (search up Seville Food Blog). A great bakery PANYPIU within a block, and few choices of supermarkets so close by. The place is exactly the same as it is shown in the photos. Air conditioning on both floors. Touches of classic pieces of furniture highlight the modern interiors. The kitchen was equipped with all necessities. It's located on the 2nd floor, DON"T WORRY, it has a lift (elevator). The only thing we couldn't experience is the patio because of the hot weather, however, the patio was very clean for immediate use. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Paula for offering a lovely place.

Lovely apartment close to all the amenities, pubs restaurants supermarket, all the cooking implements you would need , very close to nearby bars, but no problem to sleep at night, Paula and Manuel met us at the property and ran us through everything, fabulous terrace with privacy curtains, would recommend 100 per cent.

I stayed at Alfalfa for three weeks, the first week with my family of 4 and thereafter on my own. It is located in the best part of Seville, near Plaza Alfalfa, with several tapas restaurants, 2 bakeries, and basic convenience stores nearby. It is a lovely, bustling, authentic area of town that I grew to love the longer I stayed, as is it is not commercialized or super touristy as many of the other areas closer to the cathedral. That said, it is only about 5 - 20 minute walk in any direction to all of the many beautiful sights of Seville. The beds are comfortable, with nice sheets and the apartment has air conditioning units on each floor. The washing machine was a terrific resource and you dry laundry up on the second floor patio (laundry rack provided). The living room/dining area is a comfortable space for 4, although the furniture is worn as others have suggested (table wobbles so is ok for a bowl of cereal; but not to work; brown couch and writing desk chair seats are sunken). Blue couch is comfortable and where I did all my work. There are lovely tall windows for natural light in the living room and good electrical lighting at night. Bedrooms are private and quiet; bathrooms are nice with tub/shower combo. For people with mobility issues, the stairs to the master bedroom/bath/patio are steep though there is a railing. Also the master bath shower has narrow access/requires some level of agility to safely get in/out. We did not have a problem but just be aware. The patio is lovely and has private curtains you can draw when outside — I loved working there at night. The main street leading to the alley of the apartment has several young bars that are very active at night, but you don't hear them from the bedrooms. I found it safe and secure (there are 3 keys to get in - apartment building front door, elevator, and apartment door). Clean sheets and towels are provided once/week; the apartment manager contacts you in advance to arrange. Our apartment support was wonderful - Damián met us on the street when we arrived (he had to wait a bit as Semana Santa was going on and blocked many streets). Damián is very responsive. We had an issue with the upstairs AC the first night, a couple lightbulbs needed replacement, hairdryer was broken — he replaced everything within 24 hours. The kitchen as well appointed with a half size refrigerator (no freezer). We had a beautiful time and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
