Duplex with 2 bedrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is well located in the historic centre on calle San Luis, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed of 150x190cm and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

From the living room, stairs lead up to the second bedroom and private terrace. There are two single beds of 80x190cm. One bed is stored underneath the other to save space. For groups of 4, we place the same single beds separated as shown in the pictures.

There is a toilet available inside the second bedroom.

Sliding doors open out to a large private terrace with table, chairs and a canopy.

The apartment is set on the second and third floors of a residential building, with elevator and free underground parking garage for SMALL vehicles. Maximum length recommended: 4.20m. WIFI internet connection and air conditioning with cooling and heating are included.

Location of apartment Macarena

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history. 

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Final cleaning:

65 € (included in the final price quote)

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 1+ month):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0.20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Free! Underground private parking garage for SMALL vehicles. Maximum length recommended: 4.20m.

Additional services:

Baby cot: 25 EUR. Please request on your booking form.

A beautifully decorated and furnished apartment, everything is new, bright and fresh.
Lots of wardrobe and drawer space.
The terrace is excellent although would benefits from sun loungers.
There is a supermarket nearby and lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely quiet apartment.

Appartement très bien placé et très confortable. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue et dispose de toutes les commodités.
Petit plus pour la terrasse et la place de parking (venir impérativement avec une toute petite voiture !). remise des clefs sans soucis et rapide.
A louer sans arrière pensée.
