Historical house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small terrace. It is centrally located on Calle Lepanto, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 4+2 guests.
There are many traditional architectural features, such as vaulted ceilings, beams, wrought ironwork and ceramic tile floor. The house has been refurbished to maintain its traditional character, while still remaining a comfortable family home. It is arranged over four levels.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the second double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.
One floor up you will find the living area. It is furnished with a sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table and a desk. TV and free WIFI internet connection. Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except the ground floor bedroom which has only heating since the room is already cool by itself).
Apart from the 2 full bathrooms, there is an additional toilet on the second floor.
Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor, where we find the kitchen, dining area and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including: washing-machine, stove, microwave-oven and fridge.
Sliding doors open out onto the terrace with views over the roof-tops of the neighbourhood. It is equipped with a canopy to give shade and furnished with a small table with 2 chairs.

The Lepanto town house can be a fun place for families with children. Only take into consideration its stairs, and judge yourself if it is convenient for your family by looking at the photos. Obviously, we do not recommend for babies and people with reduced mobility.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

La casa es una preciosidad, coincide totalmente con las fotografías. La ubicación perfecta para nosotros, en pleno casco viejo pero una calle tranquila. Por parte de las personas de Veoaparment todo fueron facilitades (llaves, equipaje, indicaciones ...). Una gozada de experiencia.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönem Quartier und sie wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Komfort der Wohnung ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Manuel konnte uns innert ein paar Stunden ein Problem im Bad lösen und wir waren sehr glücklich.

We (two couples) stayed here for four nights and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was clean, comfortable and we spend quite some time in the kitchen and on the little rooftop balcony. The location's great, too! Everything is walkable, Las Setas is just around the corner, and we loved the restaurant in our little square. The parking garage was perfect to leave our car, and we didn't drive once during our stay. Check-in was very flexible and helpful, thank you again! When we're back in Seville, we would love to stay again!

Excellently located property with sunny kitchen and balcony where we spent all of our time when in the apartment. One room on each level so as others mention there is a lot of walking up and down steps. Only top floor gets much light so you tend to spend all of your time there. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. 5 minute walk to La setas and 20 minute walk to cathedral. Perfect communication with host and easy check in. Would benefit from comfy seating on balcony and in kitchen as chairs not good for bony bums. Other than that great! Fully functional kitchen which we used lots. Can get noisy at night as tapas bar around corner is popular and empties out in wee hours. Close by to lots of bars and restaurants and perfect for exploring area including trip to cordoba on train. Would recommend cathedral, reál Alcázar and also trip to the aquarium as well as Mezquita cathedral cordoba!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed exploring Seville from this central location. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nicely updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is spread across 4 floors, with the kitchen being on the 4th floor. Getting a morning coffee from the kitchen meant you got some exercise first! Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Excellent Location, Helpful Host, Clean Premises While it was shown on the floor plan layout that this place is on 4 levels, and Terrace/Kitchen/Dining is on the top level, we didn't realise this. Whenever we were at the apartment we spent max time on the 4th level (Terrace, Dining & Kitchen) which is really nice.

Appartement bien situé, à env. 20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale mais au centre de la ville moderne. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Très bien décoré et chaleureux. Ne convient toutefois pas aux personnes âgées ou avec difficultés de mobilité car nombreux escaliers. Nous avons eu un problème technique mais l'hôte a été très réactif et arrangeant. Je recommande.

Funky, lovely apt with a room on each of 4 levels and cute balcony off the kitchen. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. Our only problem was our car was too big for the insanely small parking space but that’s life!

Very cute apartment full of character. But the stairs are hard and the spiral stair to the kitchen, particularly so. We are all fit and healthy but there is one room per floor level so felt we were constantly climbing. Location absolutely brilliant!

We spent two weeks in Lepanto in September 2023 and had a great time there. From ground to attic the house is spread over four floors so you'll want to be fit for stairs, which was no problem for us. It is nicely located, a stone's throw from the Sevilla Parasol and surrounded by its own little community of bars and cafes. The flea market on Thursdays at nearby Calle Feria is a highlight. It is also a ten minute stroll from many of Seville's ancient monuments, the Museo Des Belles Artes, and slightly longer to the river and Triana beyond. Seville is almost completely flat so the only obstacle to walking is the heat but many of the little streets are now covered with their own parasols, giving welcome relief. The house is well appointed but not flash. Fine if you want something like an Andalusian experience. Each of the two bedrooms has its own en-suite and there is also a WC comically located in a cupboard off the lounge! The bedroom on the ground floor doesn't have air conditioning but it never became overly warm at street level. All the other rooms have effective air conditioning. The kitchen on the attic floor is fully equipped for cooking and dining but always keep hold of something on the quaint spiral staircase providing access. We used caution on all the stairs and didn't have any falls in two weeks. There is the odd bit of street noise during the night. Not surprising in the middle of a city and we didn't find it intrusive. We enjoyed the Veoapartment experience. They delivered exactly what I expected, never got in the way and responded quickly to our only unplanned event which was the demise of the kettle. (A major catatrosphe for tea drinking Brits.) It was replaced next day. I don't know what the relationship is, or was, with Sevilla5 but it seems to consist of the same people, or some of them. We had used Sevilla5 twice previously and were happy with their apartments so it wasn't a surprise to find Veoapartment just as reliable. We'd go back and would book with them again.

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Damien checked us in and took time explaining everything to us. He was great!! The street is quiet but very close to a large plaza with many restaurants and lots of activity. Coffee and a market nearby. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s with no kids. We used all 4 floors. You get some exercise with the stairs but it was fine. It was 106 every day so too hot to use the terrace. We never cooked in but loved the kitchen area. The only thing we would have liked is fluffier towels. If we we return to Sevilla (which we loved!) we would stay here again.

This apartment was in a perfect location. So easy to get everywhere by walking or taking the bus. Grocery stores 5 min walk, lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee nearby. Having air conditioning was so nice as it got very hot outside. We loved the terrace and used it a lot. I was also so happy it had a great washing machine with dryer combo. While it took longer to dry, it was easy to also just hang clothes outside to dry as well. Kitchen had what we needed. Overall we would come back to this place!

I highly recommend this townhouse, not only is it absolutely stunning but it’s very local to everything- amazing restaurants and shopping. I was told that the first floor bedroom was loud, but I had no issue with noise from outside at all. The spaces were perfect for two couples, very comfortable and clean. The balcony was incredibly as well. I would come back again! In addition, the host was very responsive and kind. BRAVO.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort - eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt, in fußläufiger Distanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist spanisch traditionell und modern zugleich, ungewöhnlich und doch klassisch. Es ist keine übermäßig touristische Gegend, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und ist nicht im Touristen-Mainstream. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

My friend and I stayed at Lepanto for 3 months, and it was the most incredible stay we could have ever imagined. Anytime there was an issue (very few times), they were there to help us within minutes. The location could not be better- central to everything. The street is small, quiet, quaint. The terrace is exceptional, the kitchen is fully equipped and beautiful. There is a spacious living room and 2 very comfortable full bed/bathrooms. I cannot wait to come back and stay here one day again. My favorite place I have ever stayed. 100% recommend!!!
