Located just moments away from the Cathedral, Francos is a first-floor apartment with 1 bedroom for up to 4 guests.
There is a living area with a sofa-bed (144x200cm) and a dining table with chairs. French windows give on to a balcony which looks out over the street, including views of La Giralda to the right.
The kitchen has an independent entrance and is separated from the living area by a low partition, adding to the sense of space. It is well equipped for self-catering and features a washing machine.
There is a full bathroom with washbasin, wc and shower.
The bedroom is just off the living-area and also has french windows with a balcomy. It features twin beds (90x200cm) and a large fitted wardrobe.
Other features: cable TV with international channels, high speed fiber optic internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment is located on calle Francos, a pedestrian shopping street. It has a great central location next to all main monuments and sights. First floor, with elevator.
Shared roof-terrace: There is a roof-terrace with lines to dry clothes. The terrace provides one of the best city views of the Cathedral - without outdoor furniture.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Excellent séjour ! Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Seville a pied, avec sa situation très centrale. Rue piétonne (un peu animée le soir), proche commerces, vieux quartier, monuments, bus, taxis... Pièces plutôt spacieuses, très bien aménagées, excellente literie. Personnel de Veoapartment très agréable, disponible et réactif !

The apartment is located in the historical centre. All attractions are so close and we have walked everywhere without using the public transportation. We recommend this apartment to stay in Seville for vacation, only remember, this is a busy street and it is so much noise, do not forget your earplugs. Communication with the management was perfect, no complaints.

The place was great, and a good value. The location was ideal - it could not be better for sightseeing. There were dozens of great places to eat, everything was walkable, and we didn't use a taxi for anything. There was actually less noise at night than I would have thought, given the location (and some of the reviews). Check-in was smooth, etc. The building itself was in decent shape. Furniture and fixtures were a bit worn, but the appliances all worked. We really enjoyed Seville, and calling this place home for a few days made everything nice. I'd stay here again.

Location is excellent. Checking in was smooth. Manuel was helpful in giving us extended check out. Apartment feels safe. Enough crockery and cutlery. Bathroom is nice and big. Apartment has beautiful balconies facing a very exciting street. Few suggestions. Apartment is run down. It needs to be redecorated based on following points. 1) bathroom is basic. It does not even have a powerpoint for hair dryer. And bedroom has no mirror, so how to dress up? 2) mirror is given only in the bathroom and so if it is occupied, the other person can not dress up. 3) There is no soap dish in the bathroom, one has to put the shampoos on the floor and bend down each time. 4) wardrobe has enough hangers but no shelves, instead a chest of drawers which is full of unorganised linen. Providing washer detergent and dishwashing liquid, some oil, salt and pepper, some shampoo and a tissue roll for each night of stay makes guests feel comfortable and would hardly cost 5$. Hope managers do something!

Super Lage im Herzen von Sevilla 3 gehminuten von der Cathedrale und mit Blick von Balkon auf die Giralda. Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut … zum einen, da jede Nacht die Strassen im Stadtzentrum gepuzt werden( was es am Tag angenehm sauber macht) … zum anderen weil die Feria gestart hat ( es hallt zwischen den Gassen und Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert - 1Stock) so würden wir die wohnung zwar wieder buchen, jedoch ohrstöpsel mitbringen ;-)

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, very central and could walk everywhere needs. Great selection of restaurants right outside. Very neat apartment with all essentials you’d need. The team managing are so helpful and responsive if you need help (our flight was delayed and they kindly waited up). Thank you so much!

Ideally located in the old town; 5 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcazar & restaurants on Mateas Gago. Property was clean and well apportioned. It's comfortable for a couple, 3 max. As the property is located on a busy pedestrian road, earplugs are essential. Communication with Vao was good, meeting up with Joao at the apartment - we had a good break.

We loved staying here. It was in the middle of town, and the price was great, especially for our location. It did sometimes get louder late at night when people were out, but it was never terrible. Great amenities and an amazing host! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay in Sevilla.

Accueil sympathique par un agent de veoapartment accommodant et qui explique bien le fonctionnement de l'appartement.Celui-ci correspond tout à fait à sa description sur le site: machine à laver et vaste armoire penderie dans la chambre.L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Séville dans une rue piétonnière entre cathédrale et place du Salvador. Outre une profusion de bars et de restaurants alentour il y a un supermarché à trois minutes à pied.Superbe vue depuis la terrasse commune malheureusement pas aménagée.Excellent choix pour quelques jours ou plus à deux.
