Open-space apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.
The apartment is separated into different zones with the kitchen immediately to the front of the entrance. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower.
From the dining area you pass to the main room of the apartment with the sitting area. Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. Two balconies make the inside exceptionally bright.
The apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.
Other features: air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, TV and a safe. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The apartment building is made up of 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.
Note: There is a laundry room in the terrace with 2 washing machines shared between guests lodged at the Rodrigo Triana apartments.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Las fotos muestran cómo se ve todo exactamente. El alojamiento está en una calle tranquila con 2 hermosas terrazas en la azotea y a poca distancia de la zona del casco antiguo. El anfitrión responde rápidamente a los mensajes/consultas. También se nos permitió quedarnos en el apartamento más tiempo del que normalmente se proporcionaba, lo que fue muy agradable. Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda.

El apartamento está en el centro de Triana, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes/cafeterías justo en la puerta. El centro de Sevilla, con todos los lugares de interés, también está a poca distancia a pie. La ubicación del apartamento era óptima para nosotros, especialmente porque hay un gran aparcamiento a pocos minutos a pie, donde podíamos aparcar nuestro coche de alquiler. El registro de entrada y la comunicación se realizaron sin problemas. Lo más destacado del apartamento es la terraza en la azotea con vistas a la ciudad, donde puedes pasar la noche maravillosamente. Debido a las numerosas opciones de refrescos en la zona, es relativamente ruidoso en el apartamento por la tarde/noche.

Great location in the heart of Triana in a relatively quiet alley. Very nice rooftop area with great views over the city but with a motion detected light that goes off every 2 minutes, which is annoying. Speedy and well thought-out check-in process. Good beds. AC doesn't cool properly even at nighttime. We kept it on even when away and still it didn't keep the room cool enough. At night we had to sleep on top of our sheets because it was too hot in our room. Good washing machines but way too little space to dry them on the clothesline. Flushing problems with the toilet. Shower water temperature is not constant and fluctuates a lot. Towels smell like cigarettes. As long as these things are not fixed the price is too high.

Strongly recommend staying here. The apartment is beautiful (tall ceilings, balcony overlooking quiet/quaint street, spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped little kitchen, and fabulous terrace we had coffee every morning and watched the great views and sunsets at night. Terrific restaurants very close walking distance ( we especially loved Taberna La Plazuela. The location in Triana is ideal---charming, quiet, and easy 15 minute walk to Alcazar, cathedral etc. Manuel and his team were very helpful, and quickly responded to address any questions or problems we had.

The apartment is absolutely lovely - i stayed for two weeks working from home. The Internet was great and there was enough of a kitchen to prepare simple meals for lunch, with plenty of places nearby for break c asthma and dinner. The area is fantastic - its not very loud but you're very close to the centre of Triana. I walked all around the city, I never took transport apart from going to the airport. I booked for the terrace which didnt disappoint - a great place to relax and read or sunbathe. a beautiful view of the cathedral. the hosts were great - responded super quickly and fixed any problems. The only negative is that the aircon is not very strong- this was fine most of the time but when it got over 40 it was pretty intense. It was okay for just me, but it may be a struggle if you're there midsummer with two people

Well located property, fairly easy check in process. The temperature of the shower kept oscillating but it wasn’t a big deal since it was so hot in Sevilla. Overall we had a pretty good stay!

El apartamento era como se describe en el anuncio, acogedor y equipado con todo lo necesario para un viaje a la ciudad. Todo está muy limpio y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar comidas sencillas. Como hacía mucho calor, solo estuvimos brevemente en la terraza de la azotea por la noche. ¡Pero aquí también todo está muy bien amueblado! Puedes llegar a varios lugares geniales rápidamente a pie. The apartment is beautiful! We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace with 360 views, great for having a sunset drink, playing cards, or getting some work done. The apartment is a spacious studio with good lighting and amenities and is tastefully decorated, and is in the incredibly charming neighborhood of Triana, surrounded by cobblestone streets, restaurants, and bars, and just a few minutes walk from the bridge over the river. Also, when accidentally we locked ourselves out one night at 11pm, Dimitri graciously came and met us to let us back in, even though he was in another part of the town. Definitely recommend!

El edificio y el apartamento son preciosos. Cuando llegamos nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el edificio, aunque, sí que es verdad que la limpieza tardó todavía más de la hora prevista en acabar, pero al ser Semana Santa entiendo que irán hasta arriba de trabajo. Todo ordenado, limpio y la cama es especialmente cómoda. Volveremos el año que viene o se intentará.

Preciosa ubicación en un barrio encantador. Nos comunicamos con Manuel, que fue muy servicial y flexible con el registro de entrada. También me dio buenos consejos sobre el tren de Pascua en la zona. El lugar estaba un poco desgastado y el patio no coincidía con la foto. Fue la razón principal por la que reservamos el apartamento, pero no lo usamos porque no era tan acogedor como en las fotos.

Habíamos elegido un buen lugar en Triana donde también podíamos sentarnos fuera. ¡Funcionó! Excelente alojamiento, a pocos minutos de buenos restaurantes (¡Bar Tipico!) y a pocos pasos del resto del centro de la ciudad. Pero dormiste con la ventana abierta y sí, a veces se oye algo, pero en general es muy tranquilo. Es maravilloso sentarse/acostarse en la terraza de la azotea. Si volvemos, sin duda volveremos aquí.

This is a great apartment for 1-2 people right around the corner from numerous bars and restaurants. The space is tastefully decorated and the rooftop terrace is lovely. We did have some ongoing issues with the shower temperature, the water would only stay warm for a couple minutes at a time. That was the only obstacle we faced during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Seville.

The apartment is really well located, in a charming and lively area of Sevilla, while also not far from the center. The flat is very tastefully decorated! The terrace was a great bonus for when it was sunny. Overall, the amenities were good. We struggled with the shower due to the temperature constantly changing from very hot to very cold but other than that, we had a great time!

Staying in Triana on a recommendation was an excellent choice. It’s close the sensational market, bridges, the river and just a few minutes walk into the historical centre. Being slightly out of the chaos was great. The apartment is exactly as shown and the outdoor spaces on the two-level roof deck were incredible. The building (and apartment) is full of charm and everything you need. Even the washer and lines outside were such a convenience for my 2.5 week long stay. One of my most enjoyable Airbnb stays. One of the highlights was the bed and pillows. I don’t think I’ve ever been more comfortable!

What a great apartment with enough space and everything we needed for a several night’s stay, including basic essentials in the kitchen and access to washing machine. We especially loved the rooftop terraces. One thing to note, the stairs to this suite and to the shared rooftop, are very steep. If mobility is any issue, recommend checking out their suites on the first floor. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s less than a block off of the main pedestrian street and bridge of Triana. We would stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location, tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet and warm. Unfortunately, the electricity was cut off for 18 hours, from around 20.00 to 14.00 the following day. After we contacted Veoapartment, we were given 2 candles and a lighter, very late at night. As a result of not having electricity, we could not cook, charge our phones, shower or relax in the apartment. This incurred extra costs, as we had to eat out and had stay out, as we couldn't use the facilities or relax in the apartment. We are still waiting to hear about compensation, as the owner is trying to get this from the electricity company. We had to contact Veoapartment several times for updates and feel they could have been more supportive and offered help, rather than waiting for us to contact them.

Thank you Nushing again for staying at our place. Glad to hear you found it comfy and warm. We felt truly sorry about that period of time where there was no electricity in the neighbourhood. There were in fact 57 different apartments affected around the district of Triana according to the report of Endesa (Electric Co). It was a blackout in the district and we are still looking for some compensation through the legal owner who is still in talks with the electric company waiting for a resolution. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’appartement! C’était vraiment comme les photos! Nous avons eu quelques jours de pluie,et nous étions très bien dans notre petit studio! Le quartier est idéal pour visiter Séville! Accès à des autobus tout près. Nous avons utilisé le tour en autobus sight seeing hop-on hop-off! Nous avons fait le tour de la ville avec des explications,et par la suite nous avons été aux endroits interessants pour nous. De plus, l’hôte a laissé un cahier avec différentes adresses de restaurants. Les commentaires étaient interessants à savoir!Nous avons soupé au Restaurant Lola Cacerola! Il y avait des chanteurs de flamenco et nous avions une table sur la terrasse en arrière. Très belle soirée! Check inn très facile ! Nous recommendons cet endroit à 100%!

My husband and I had such a good time, staying in “our” apartment in Triana. I loved the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we also just fell in love with Triana. The apartment is perfectly situated. It was neat to walk down the street and hear flamenco dancers practicing. The restaurant recommendations were super helpful, too. We’re already thinking about when we can come back. Thanks!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Sevilla. Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen, um zum Einen privat und ruhig zu wohnen und zum Anderen alle Attraktionen schnell zu erreichen. Central location with good recommendations and easy to walk to and from into the centre of Seville and around Triana. Great amenities and our host, Manuel was very friendly, responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home upon check in. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the unreliability of hot water in the shower, which wasnt too bad given the heat overall, otherwise everything was great!
