Open-space apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.
The apartment is separated into 2 main zones with the kitchen immediately to the front of the entrance. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Opposite to the dining area is the sitting area with a sofa and tv. Beyond is the sleeping area with a double glazed window facing Rodrigo de Triana street. There are two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.
The apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.
Other features: air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and TV. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building composed by 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.
Note: There is a laundry room in the terrace with 2 washing machines shared between guests lodged at the Rodrigo Triana apartments.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Wir hatten zu zweit 3 tolle Tage in dem Appartement. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage in Triana war für uns perfekt, nah zur Innenstadt und trotzdem nicht mittendrin. Es gab viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Die Dachterrasse war für uns perfekt, wir haben sie gerne genutzt und waren immer alleine dort. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Das einzige was etwas nervte war, dass das Doppelbett aus zwei Einzelbetten besteht und die beiden auf dem glatten Fliesenboden leicht auseinander driften, als Paar fanden wir das eher blöd.

Appartement très bien situé . La rue est est très calme. L’appartement est agréable, un peu sombre ( nécessité de la lumière même dans la journée ) mais frais . Perfect place for a city trip to Sevilla. The apartment is nice, everything you need is there. We loved the rooftop terrace. In- and out check time was flexible, which was great because of our flight times.

Building remained cool in the day. Didn't use the Aircon despite the 35 degree heat. Well located for local bars/amenities and restaurants of Triana as well as a short hop over the river to the old town.

We had a great stay in this lovely house at the heart of the Triana neighborhood! The apartment was very clean, easily accessible and the roof top with the view over Sevilla was an amazing spot. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and their recommendations for local restaurants and bars were great. Finally, the location of the flat is perfect. Highly recommended if you want to spend a few days in beautiful Sevilla.

Mooi compact appartement, gezellige buurt, met veel restaurantjes en cafés om de hoek, maar voor de deur erg rustig. Appartement was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to visit Sevilla. We felt lucky to be in the Triana Neighborhood as it felt less touristic especially if you get one or two streets away from the Main Street. The beds are clean and comfortable, we used the kitchen a handful of times and it’s reasonably well equipped. The upstairs terraces are awesome and peaceful with some great gardening. We were so happy to spend the longest of our 2 and a half week trip to Europe here.

L'appartement était conforme à la description. Une jolie décoration dans une architecture typique. L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée d'un petit immeuble de deux étages. Les quelques appartements appartiennent à la même propriétaire et ont tous accès à une double terrasse sur le toit. Très sympatique, on s'y sent comme dans une maison à l'ambiance arty décontracté ! Le lieu est très calme malgré une rue animée proche. Le quartier est très sympa, local, de nombreux restaurants et jolies façades. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Wunderschöne, charmante Wohnung in Triana, kühl, geräumig, praktisch, stilvoll, gemütlich u. alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Etwas dunkel im Erdgeschoss, dafür in der warmen Jahreszeit sicher nicht zu heiß. Traumhafte, große Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick über die Dächer von Sevilla bis zur Giralda, geschmackvoll bepflanzt. Die Wohnung geht zur Straße, was bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören ist. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, obwohl das Viertel sehr lebendig ist, mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Nur wenige Minuten vom Ufer des Guadalquivir, wo man spazierengehen und mittags o. abends Tapas essen kann. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, auch die Metrostation Plaza de Cuba ist in 7-8 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Professionelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur, freundlich und flexibel. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Tolle und sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, perfekt um Sevilla zu entdecken. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die wir regelmäßig zum frühstücken und entspannen genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was nice, quite funky, though small. Couldn’t find coffee maker as advertised. The outside was a nightmare. Trying to negotiate the lock was extremely frustrating. The door was noisy as we were the ground floor, but others appeared to have trouble with the lock as well, this exacerbated the noise. We contacted the agency, no real solution offered. The location was fab and the terraces cute, though very high. Great views though! The worst was an evening message, which I didn’t see informing me of maintenance for the boiler in the middle of the day. Whilst the owner had keys, it felt intrusive, particularly when there was a 12 hour window between our departure and any prospective guests the following day. This could have been planned better by the agency. Enjoyed our stay over all.

This ground floor apartment on a quiet Triana street was in a brilliant location and was bigger and better than expected. Beautifully furnished and decorated with artistic taste. The roof terraces were lovely too. We were very comfortable there. Fast wifi, a/c which did not direct cold air onto the bed, well equipped and with everything we needed. Great to have laundry and drying faciities. Locally the Mercado was interesting, the C3 bus reduced walking times and Alboroque Restorante was wonderful.

The apartment is located in Triana. Despite cafes and restaurants in a walking distance it is really quiet. I really love the comfy bed :-) Communication with the host was really good. The accommodation is stylish and well-equiped with facilities/kitchen utensils. Many books stalled there (to read) is a nice touch as well. I would stay here again when I come back to the city.

The managing company was quick to respond with any questions and the property owner left tips for restaurants and other things. The location was quiet with plenty of places to eat around the corner yet a 20 minute walk to the main attractions in Sevilla. Small but quaint and meets your needs with air conditioning, kitchen, etc. would stay again when visiting this wonderful city.

Excelente lugar, el barrio de Triana es lo mejor de Sevilla. Tiene sus calles estrechas como las del casco viejo pero es mucho menos turístico. Saliendo de la calle principal, es un barrio en el que se ve la vida real de Sevilla. Las pasarelas al costado del río son encantadoras y hay lugares excelentes para tomar un trago mirando el Guadalquivir. El departamento está muy bien, muy lindo, la terraza está buenísima y el edificio completo es hermoso. Los anfitriones son súper amables y muy flexibles para acomodar diversas necesidades. Para el verano agobiante: los dos ventiladores y el aire acondicionado (usamos poco este último) permiten sobrevivir al calor de la siesta y prepararse para la noche sevillana. Mil estrellas. Séjour du 25 mai au 01 juin 23. Appartement très bien situé, 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Juste petit bémol, le manque de clarté du studio. Um apartamento muito bem localizado , perto de restaurantes , supermercados dá para andar a pé, com pouca luz natural mas perfeito na decoração e limpeza e bem equipado. As camas são confortáveis e a almofada também. Com um terraço óptimo para apanhar sol e descansar , ler um livro pois tem imensos pela casa. Por certo vou voltar a ficar hospedada aqui.

We had a wonderful long term stay. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It’s nicely decorated and feels more like home than your standard Airbnb. The terrace was amazing and it’s very close to the Main Street of Triana, two incredible bakeries and some grocery stores. The common areas were always kept clean and tidy for guests too.
