Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 private terraces, offering unique skyline views of Seville. It is centrally located on Sol street, close to Plaza de la Encarnación and 15 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment is characterised by contemporary furnishings, and bright rooms. With windows throughout and wooden flooring. Air-conditioning (cold / hot) and free WIFI internet (optic fiber).
The living area features 2 sofas, a coffee table and a large-screen TV. Dining table and 4 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with oven, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, fridge/freezer, and all main utensils. Two coffee machines are available: Nespresso and filter. Breakfast table with 2 chairs.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x190cm) and a dresser drawer. Bedroom 2 includes a double bed (140x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms face an inner patio, and therefore are extremely quiet.
Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom. With shower, washbasin and WC.
There are 2 terraces. The lower terrace of 40sqm feels like an extension of the apartment, and offers unique views of the roof-tops, churches and tower bells. It is furnished and decorated with plants, table, chairs and parasol. The upper terrace of 30sqm works out has a solarium and viewpoint, with an amazing 360-degree view.
This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with a small elevator (until the 4th floor).

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors, as well as disrespect the community rules. When signing the present document the guest accepts the conditions, exonerating the legal owner of the apartment of all responsibility.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement quatre jours au mois d août avec deux adultes et deux adolescents. Appartement très calme, propre, confortable grâce à la climatisation et une superbe terrasse équipée de transats, accessible par le séjour. La vue est splendide sur Séville surtout au coucher du soleil. Celui-ci est localisé au cinquième étage avec l ascenseur qui s arrête au quatrième. Il est très bien situé seulement 15 mn à pieds pour visiter la cathédrale. Un grand merci pour toute l équipe de Veoappartement pour nous avoir permis de séjouner dans les meilleures conditions : réservation du taxi pour notre arrivée et accueil par une hôtesse dès notre descente en voiture. Aucune perte de temps.... Nous recommandons cette appartement et n hésitez pas à le réserver sur ce site.

Appartement au calme, bien climatisé avec un accès par ascenseur. L'équipement était complet. Bien situé, il faut compter 10 à 15 minutes de marche à pieds pour être à la Cathédrale. Of the four cities we visited, this was the largest apartment we stayed in during our three week adventure. We had plenty of space and storage, and appreciated the terrace and view after a day of touring Seville. The beds were very comfortable and the lighting throughout the rooms was plentiful. We had a problem one morning with vacillating hot and cold water in the shower, but the other three days it seemed fine. And although we were very close to restaurants, bars, and plazas, once we closed the door, it was very quiet inside the apartment, thus we had no problem sleeping. Having a washer was a definite plus too as was the well-working air conditioners. Sol Terrace I is within walking distance of most tourist attractions such as the Cathedral and Alcazar, which is not to be missed. The El Rinconcillo Bar, originating in 1670, was a two minute walk away and a nice place to meet a diverse group of people. The Sierras and Tetuan shopping areas are walkable as is the Triana Bridge and Plaza de Espana, which is an impressive ceramic tiled square near Parc Maria Luisa. A tour of the White Villages topped off our itinerary. The friendly apartment staff answered all questions and provided an informative booklet once we arrived. We would stay here again if we visit Seville in the future.

Gute Ausstattung auch in der Küche: ausreichend Kochplatten, sehr großer Kühlschrank, viel Geschirr und Besteck, sogar ein sehr großer Topf ist vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich, eine weitere in einem der Schlafzimmer, die wir nicht gebraucht haben. 15 Gehminuten zur Kathedrale - direkt vor der Haustür mehrere Tapas-Bars, darunter die angeblich älteste Tapas-Bar Sevillas

Modern, clean, airy, well-equipped and with air conditioning (essential during our August visit). Beds and sofa-bed were comfortable. Delightful 2-level terrace, not over-looked, shade available on the lower level. Nice touch to provide kitchen cooking essentials (condiments, oil, ice cubes) and local information maps and leaflets. Excellent location in Alfalfa area next to small plaza with tapas bars, cafés and convenient store on the door step. Bus, taxi, bike and horse carriage transport options all around and approx 20 mins walk to the edge of town. Appreciated the flexibility to let us have entry/ check-out times convenient for our flights. Looking forward to the next visit!

Seul point à signaler : une des 2 chambres est ouverte sur le salon (élément non indiqué sur le descriptif du site). Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, terrasse très spacieuse et sans vis-à-vis, accueil adorable alors que nous étions très en retard... Dans la cuisine, on nous laisse des produits d'entretien et quelques denrées de base (huile, sel...), ce qui est rare dans ce type de location et bien appréciable. Attention délicate avec quelques bières déposées dans le réfrigérateur à l'attention des hôtes déshydratés :)
