Sevillan town-house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, patio and terrace. Suitable for up to 10 guests. The use of the terrace is prohibited from 00:00 to 9:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work.

150m² are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, the entrance gives on to a central patio with a skylight, decorated with tiles made by the historic Mensaque company to half height. There is a a seating area, pleasant for summer days.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 large windows facing Quintana street. It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10.

The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.

The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace.

Observations: Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except one of the bedrooms on the ground floor).

Location: Quintana street, close to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors. When signing the present document the guest accepts the conditions, exonerating the legal owner of the apartment of all responsibility.

This flat was perfect for our four-night stay in Sevilla. Decor was colorful and pleasing, the layout was exciting and every room had a different, fun energy. Kitchen was a bit small, but worked fine for us. The rooftop space was perfect for happy hour, and the rooms & bathrooms were comfortable for our group. There are stairs, so if you have people with mobility issues, this place is not for you. Otherwise it's a blast. We would happily return. Staff were sweet and funny. We accidently left with the keys and they were lovely about our mailing them back.

Éramos un grupo de 8 amigos que vinimos a pasar unos días en la feria de Sevilla y la casa a sido ideal para todos, esta bien ubicada y la comunicación con Rubén y Manuel de primera, la única pega que le pondríamos un poco más de iluminación y un espejo grande, jejeje nos vestimos de flamenca y queríamos ver a cuerpo completo Jejjeje excelente lo recomiendo al ????

Casa absolutamente preciosa en una parte perfecta de Sevilla. Muy cerca de todo, solo tienes que caminar desde la puerta principal. La casa en sí es muy grande y está muy bien diseñada y decorada. No cocinamos mucho, ya que hay muchos restaurantes cerca, pero encontramos en la casa todo lo que necesitábamos: ollas y sartenes, buenos cuchillos, una plancha, etc. Éramos un grupo de 4 amigos y nos encantó, lo recomendaríamos de todo corazón.
