Open-plan studio apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. Located in the heart of the historic centre on Pajaritos street, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 2 guests.
The apartment forms part of a "Casa Palacio" dating from the 19th century, with a majestic patio decorated with a colonnade of arches and a central fountain.
The interiors are characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features - exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles, marble columns and high ceilings - creating a stylish and comfortable space.
The apartment is separated into 2 different zones. The kitchen is equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including an oven. There is a kitchen table with two chairs.
Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. Two large windows face a quiet courtyard with plants (without access to guests).
Other features include: sofa, TV and free wi-fi internet access. There is air-conditioning for cooling (without heat). Heat is provided by electric space heaters.
The bathroom is immediately to the right of the entrance. With a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and washing-machine.
Ground floor apartment fully refurbished in 2015, with a surface area of 50sqm.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Appartement parfaitement situé au centre historique, à deux pas de toutes les facilités, et bien équipé. Calme par rapport à la rue, mais un voisin parfois assez bruyant (voix forte, cloison de separation fine) Le séjour aurait été parfait s'il n'avait pas été impossible d'accéder au réseau Internet pendant 5 jours sur 8 de location, surprenant pour un immeuble bien équipé situé en plein centre d'une grande capitale régionale touristique. Contacté, l'hôte n'a pu que préciser que la panne n'était pas de son fait. Panne d'Internet préjudiciable dans une Semaine Sainte excessivement pluvieuse, où il fallait coller rapidement à l'actualité pour adapter séjour et déplacements aux conditions athmosphériques. Fourniture très réduite du linge de bain (1 grande serviette de bain, 1 moyenne et deux toajitas pour deux personnes et 8 jours), corrigée par l'hôte après appel. Manque de "petites attentions" à l'arrivée : pas même une bouteille d'eau ou de jus de fruit, récipient de café moulu vide !

A brilliant location within walking distance of all the sights yet quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, was easy to find and was set within a beautiful old building. The inner courtyard was spectacular and the apartment itself was a good mix of new services fitted into an historic building. All very tasteful and highly recommended.

We loved staying in the heart of the city. Close to everything and a gorgeous building. It was a little dated and sound throughout the building carried loudly. The linens could be refreshed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent quiet location, yet close and walkable to everything and all key attractions. Clean, great communication from host, and well-equipped apartment. It was fabulous to be met late at night when flight delay incurred - made this check in very easy. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Appartement bien situé , dans un ancien bâtiment Sévillan . Toutefois la literie devrait être revue : le sommier est en 160 cm , mais le matelas est en 140 cm . Le linge de lit est totalement dépareillé : drap housse , drap , taies d’oreiller de couleurs différentes et vieillissants . Manque une cafetière électrique. L’accueil est très efficace et sympathique. L’appartement est bien situé.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, and the washing machine was a bonus. We stayed 5 nights so having a full kitchen was useful, although there are tapas bars everywhere in the area. Our host was responsive and very helpful, recommended several places nearby including Plaza Alfalfa. Because it has an open courtyard you can hear a bit of the comings and goings, but we found that it was quiet by 10:30 or 11 pm and virtually silent at night. 100% would recommend it, and 100% would stay here again.

살짝 골목이긴 하지만 주변에 카페나 식당이 늦게까지 해서 11시쯤 여자 혼자 귀가할때도 괜찮았어요! 6월이라 해가 늦게지기도 했구요 그리고 주요 명소들도 다 가까워서 걸어다니기 너무 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 체크인시간보다 일찍 도착해서 전화를 했는데 바로 와주셔서 몇분정도만 기다리고 바로 들어갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요! 인테리어가 너무 예뻐서 선택했고, 후기를 보고 많이 기대는 안했는데 욕실이 참 깨끗해서 좋았어요! 하수구냄새는 후기처럼 살짝 나기는 했는데 욕실 문닫아놓으니 신경쓰일정도는 아니였어요. 스페인이 다 그렇긴지만 건물자체가 엄청 방음이 안돼는데다가 울려서 주변 소음은 많이 들렸으나 유럽은 돌아다니고 오면 피곤해서 골아떨어져서 신경쓰인 적은 없어요. 그리고 밤에는 나름 조용했었어요 ㅎㅎ 여쟈혼차무거서에어비앤비묵는게쵸큼컥정은되어서잘때는의쟈4개를이용해현관무늘마가두었어요4박무그면서딱히걱정될일,벌레본적 없어서 만족스러운 숙소 입니다. 근데 수건은 좀 깨끗하지 않았어요 물론 빨긴 한거겠지만 얼룩이 많아서 그 점은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 주방에 식기랑 와인잔1개, 여러 컵, 도구 등이 많아서 좋았도 드라이기, 다리미 등 준비되어있어서 넘 좋았습니다. 샴푸린스비누 등은 없으니 직접 챙기세요.

Great Location to stay but not during Semana Santa. The location is really central and unfortunately difficult to reach during the parades. I would have appreciated some information once i have booked. For me it was unexpected. Besides that, I highly recommend this apartment. Great to enjoy the city !

The apartment is in a wonderful location, right in the old town of Seville and in the centre of the city. The apartment is in what we think is a converted palace with an amazing entrance, extremely beautiful. We are going to book this again for Christmas 2023

Appartement est idéalement placé, malheureusement il manqué des ustensiles dans la cuisine (tire-bouchon, une deuxième casserole spatule) et, il est très sombre! Nous avons signalé un problème de douche (tendance a se boucher mais rien de grave) à la personne que fait le ménage ainsi que le problème de serrure à la porte d'entrée du bâtiment autrement, le lit est agréable le canapé à coté aussi. Dans l'ensemble nous le recommandons!

This apartment is unique. I bet not many travellers will have stayed in a Casa Palacio. It is a nice treat. The apartment is as it shows on the photos. Clean, sophisticated and spacious. The location could not be better. Booking with veoaparment was easy and hassle free. They are always there ready to help when you need. I was extremely satisfied with them. I also used the car park that veo suggests, the Arenal carpark. It is a lot cheaper if you book it veo. Again the process was easy and straight forward. Check in and check out was also smooth.
