The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building located on calle Santa Ana, a street which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment.
San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0.25 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.
Check-in time:
17:00 - 22:00h. Early/late check-in is possible but subject to availability. Late check-ins after 22:00h have an additional charge of 30 EUR.

Very nice and big appartment. Everything one needs in daily life is available. The proximity to the Alameda de Hercules is great for visitors wanting to go outside in the evening. But still the noise level directly around the appartment is pretty low.
