Fully refurbished in 2016, the apartment has 60sqm and is distributed over 2 levels.
Lower level: Living area with sofa and TV. A window faces calle Escoberos. The open-plan kitchen is opposite to the apartment entrance and features the main appliances and utensils for self-catering, including microwave-oven and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and 4 bar stools.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x200cm) placed together, a fitted wardrobe and a window - also facing calle Escoberos. There is a small bathroom with shower on the lower level.
Upper level: Bedroom 2 with double bed (150x190cm) and fitted wardrobe. A short corridor leads to a large bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.
"Escoberos" is on the ground and first floors of a residential house. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville?s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Apartment in a good position, close to calle Feria's food market and Alameda de Hercules. Quiet an very well equipped and decorated. Spotless new.
