From the entrance door, stairs lead up to the living area on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Two windows face a quiet street. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils for cooking and appliances - washing machine included. Bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower.
On the third floor is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Terrace: The access to the private terrace is from bedroom No.3. It is decorated with plants and equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day.
Other features: Free WIFI internet, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
Note: The house is distributed over three main floors, with access via stairs. We don't recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.
Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre. Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.

Apartment was great and very centrally located. The Mercado is across the street and offers bike tour and had great cafe con leche, as well as delicious pastries. Great location!!

Hemos estado un fin de semana en el apartamento. Está en una muy buena zona, a 5 minutos catedral, 2 puente de Triana y muy cerca de bares, restaurantes... Es toda una casa para ti solo, que eso te da mucha intimidad, pero para las personas de poca movilidad, hay una habitación en la 3a planta, donde está la terraza, es decir, que para salir a la terraza, se ha de pasar por la habitación. La recomiendo, pero sobre todo para personas o familias no mayores, ya que las habitaciones etan en la 2n y 3a planta

L’accueil a été fait par Damian qui a été extrêmement gentil et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu et il nous a attendu à l’appartement avec un accueil très chaleureux. Damian nous a également donné de bonnes adresses pour manger. Le toit terrasse est très agréable. L’appartement est calme et entre les différents étages le bruit ne se diffuse pas. Ce qui permet de laisser certains dormir quand d’autres sont dans le salon. Superbe séjour avec un emplacement vraiment idéal !

L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato. L'impianto di condizionamento funziona molto bene e si sta bene. Il terrazzino è molto comodo soprattutto per la sera. L'Host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per visitare la città.
