The apartment forms part of a residential house completely renovated in 2021, partially built over the old Castle of San Jorge, which was demolished in the 19th century to build the current food market.
The living room has 3 small julienne balconies to the street. It is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Dining table with 4 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included.
The bedroom is open to the living room (NO door separation). It has a double bed (150x190cm), wardrobe and a small window to the Triana market! The window is double glazed and the thickness of the wall, as it belongs to the old castle, provides a natural acoustic and thermal insulation.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

Excellent location next to Triana market and 15 minute walk to Old Town. Bright interior. Clothes washer worked great. Very old and pretty tiles along windowsill overlooking interior of Triana Market. Sound resistant panes have recently been installed on the small market-facing window, so (unlike earlier reviews) we had no issues with noise in the morning. Person (Damien) who met us when we arrived took time to explain the facilities and and answered all our questions. This is a satisfactory short-stay apartment in a great location. We stayed three nights. There is a fun, good casual tapas bar (Restaurante La Entrañable) and a nice cake/cookie shop (La Tarta de la Madre de Cris Triana) located 3 seconds walk from front door of the building.

Excellent place. We stayed for two weeks and felt right at home in the neighbourhood. Literally attached to the market with lots of little restaurants, cafes and food stalls. The bedroom window literally looks into the market but the market shuts early so never a problem for noise. The management is very good and always quick to respond. We asked for a new cutting board and had it within an hour. Very fast Internet. Lots of great restaurants very close, stick to the side streets for better food, price and authenticity. Easily accessible to everywhere in the city. If you want a more authentic Seville, Triana provides.

The apartment was fantastic - well laid out, light & airy and with high quality fixtures & fittings. The location was perfect also - Triana has plenty of shops & restaurant/bars (and a very good Flamenco venue) and the main city is just a short walk away over the bridge.

Excellent apartment, great location, quiet at night even though in a busy area with bars and lively street life. It was quite roomy with nice furniture, not the cheap stuff you find in some apartments (no plastic chairs). It was well designed and apportioned. I loved it. It's close to el Centro and next to Puente de Triana. My friends in Sevilla thought it was the perfect location to spend a week. There's lot to do nearby and it's a short walk to all the reasons we visit Sevilla.

We had a great 2 weeks stay in this apartment. The apartment was nice an modern and we enjoyed the location, Triana is great and its only a 10-15 minute walk to the sights of Seville. Like other reviews note, the market was noisy early mornings & some night times, so if you are a light sleeper, probably this is not the apartment for you. Please do note that Veoapartment did visit to measure up the window that is adjacent to the market and told us that they plan to put in some noise proof windows.

Ii thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This apartment is ultra comfortable for a single traveller or a couple. There are floor to ceiling windows which open to the street, but all light can be shut out for sleep. I strongly recommend earplugs as the market coffee machines can be heard early in the morning (the bedroom window opens directly into the market), and the sound from the street and inside the apartment building carries easily into the apartment all through the day and night. It's worth it all for this safe, yet exciting location and beautiful apartment!

Very good apartment, clean and managed by professional and kind staff. Strategic position to visit Sevilla: Triana it's a real characteristic quartier, 10 minutes walk to plaza de toros and 15 to catedral.
Just one malfunction: the apartment is not very silent, because the windows open on a crowded (but very fine and suggestive) square, and the bedroom window open "directly" on Triana market, so loud noises start to the early morning.
Otherwise, the apartment is a guarantee of a good journey.
