Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine komfortable Sitzecke am grossen Fenster. Am anderen Ende der Essplatz mit Stühlen für 4 Personen.
Die Küche ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt. Sie ist mit Kochutensilien gut ausgestattet. Z.B. mit Ofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale: grosser Fernseher, DVD, Klimaanlage warm/kalt, Deckenventilatoren und WLAN-Internet.
Das Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 mit Doppelbett und privatem Bad. Das Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Bad Nr. 2 hat unabhängigen Zugang vom Flur.
Das Apartment liegt im siebten Stock eines hohen Mietshauses, mit Aufzug. An der Kreuzung von calle Esperanza de Triana mit San Jacinto. Beide Strassen durchqueren das Zentrum des bekannten Triana Stadtviertels.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable a pesar de las obras que había al lado. La ubicación perfecta . Al lado había muchos comercios y estábamos a 5 mins andando del puente de Triana. Nos ha gustado mucho quedarnos en este apartamento.

Apartaments reformado con todas las comodidades. Muy bien equipado. Buena comunicación y amabilidad por parte de los anfitriones. Zona próxima al centro aunque es casi imposible aparcar si no es en parking público. Recomendable para visitar Sevilla

The apartment has a great location. It's easy to reach the city centre on foot and there are bars, tapas places and a supermarket very close by. It's on the 7th floor (with an elevator) so it's quiet. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space and it's great to have two bathrooms and plenty of comfortable seating. Note that the beds are quite hard, which I didn't like but my travelilng companion did. Unfortunately we had a couple of minor issues (no dishcloth or dishwasher tabs were provided, which made washing up very inconvenient) and when we contacted the agency they promised to get back to us but never did. On the last night the water supply failed in the entire apartment building. Obviously that's not the fault of the agency but the neighbours indicated that it had happened before and showed us where to fill up a bucket with water, so I hope the agency leaves suitable instructions for future renters who don't speak Spanish.

Buen sitio para alojarse, llegamos antes de lo previsto y pudimos entrar antes de la hora de llegada. El alojamiento comodo para 4 es perfecto.El alojamiento en el mismo centro de Triana y a veinte minutos tanto del centro de Sevilla, como de la plaza de España. Volvería a repetir en este alojamiento

We spent a wonderful month in Seville! The weather and the city were perfect for wandering around and absorbing the culture. Triana is a great area to base out of, convenient to all of the magnificent sites. It is also easy to take many day trips to cities like Cordoba, Granada and Ronda from Seville. We will return! The management was quick to respond to anything we needed help with.

Very spacious, and comfortable place. Great that has two bathrooms (only thing is you can not take a shower right after another one as the hot water was not enough) The only other thing was that at the beginning the key was a bit complicated to use. All in all good experience!

Nuestra estancia en Triana ha sido corta pero estupenda. El apartamento está decorado con gusto, las camas son cómodas y hay sitio para todo. Los ascensores pueden resultar un poco pequeños, pero hay 2 y nunca tuvimos "atasco". En los alrededores hay de todo, incluido buen café y gente muy amable. Supermercados, farmacia y tabernas. Repetiremos!

Appartement petit mais fonctionnel. Bien chauffé et j'imagine bien climatisé pendant l'été. Il ya tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer quelques jours. Très bon accueil et résolution immédiate d'un petit souci (manque du savon lessive). Je ne peux que recommander.

Spent a wonderful week in Seville in August. Convenient apartments with everything you need. Loved the fans on the ceiling. At night we slept without air conditioning with open windows and fans - very nice. Comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Parking in the area is free. We took the car with full insurance, so we parked on the street without any problems. Nearby are many shops and eateries. The center is very close. We left with sadness ....

Nous avons été entièrement satisfait par cet appartement de Triana. Il offre tout le confort recherché et sa situation est idéale pour visiter Séville. Nous avons réalisé toutes nos visites à Séville à pieds et le quartier de Triana est idéalement situé car il est facile de s'approvionner à proximité (marché de Triana, boulangerie, boucherie, fruiteries etc) sans compter les nombreux et excellents bars à tapas. Tout le Séville historique est à votre portée. C'est un appartement que nous recommandons sans hésitations : il a une vraie cuisine où rien ne manque ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des locations. Il offre tout le confort désiré avec ses 2 chambres, ses 2 salles de bain complètes, son salon (TV, DVD, bibliothèque etc), sa salle à manger, ses trois unités de climatisation/chauffage. Nous y avons passé deux semaines, en ce début novembre et nous avons été choyés par une météo idéale. Esperanza Triana est une référence que nous conserverons précieusement afin d'en faire profiter nos amis. Enfin, nous devons aussi préciser que nous avons été très satisfaits des prestations offertes par VEO Apartment que nous avons découvert : un service professionnel, impeccable et efficace ! Bravo

We were 4 people. 2 around 50 years old and 2 around 80 years old. It's modern, bright, smaller than it looks in the photos, but we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were all very happy there. The flat is in a great location. Triana itself is a lovely place to be and the flat is only a 7 minute walk to the Triana bridge. Across the bridge is the centre of Seville and from there it's only a 7 minute walk to the Cathedral. Throughout the whole 15 to 20 minute walk from the flat to the Cathedral there are lots of places to stop for drinks and tapas. It was perfect and next time we're in Seville, we'll book again. Thanks.

Schönes Apartment mit sehr umfangreicher Ausstattung. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage ist zwar nicht ganz so zentral, aber mit den Bussen ist das alles kein Problem. Es gibt Haltestellen gleich um die Ecke, bzw. ganz in der Nähe, mit denen man ohne umzusteigen bis ins Zentrum ( Pza. Magdalena, Puerta Jerez, Prado ) gelangt. Es empfiehlt sich eine Tarjeta turistica für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung und für uns in perfekter Lage. Sauber und ruhig. Geschäfte und gute preiswerte Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Wir können den Service von Veoapartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
