Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on calle Asunción (Los Remedios), just next to the Triana neighbourhood and very close to Calle Betis - a popular street with beautiful views over the Guadalquivir river. The main centre is a 20 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The living area is furnished with a corner sofa, dining table, chairs and TV. A small balcony (4x1.5m) faces Asunción street. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances: microwave-oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. There is a private inner patio (4x5m) to dry clothes.
The master bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The second bedroom also has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Each room includes a small TV.
There is a second bathroom available with a walk-in shower, just off the living room.
Other features: marble flooring, air-conditioning with cooling and heating and high speed fiber optic internet connection.
This property has 70sqm distributed on one level (without stairs). It is on the first floor of a residential building, with elevator. The location of the apartment is just 2 minutes away from the fairground (Feria de Abril).

Location
Los Remedios is a residential neighbourhood just outside the touristy centre, about 20-30 minutes' walk from the main monuments around the Cathedral. It is well connected, whether by bus, metro or hiring a bicycle.
Calle Asunción is a pedestrian shopping area, where you can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas. If you walk 5 minutes down Calle Asunción toward the city centre you'll reach Plaza de Cuba, which branches off into streets like Calle Betis, bordering the Guadalquivir river.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

Séville est une ville magnifique, surtout en mars où les 40 000 orangers sont en fleur... Pour l'hébergement, l'appartement est très bien situé et à proximité des centres historiques et patrimoniaux. Il y a des épiceries, fruiteries et boucherie ainsi que bars et restos partout dans le quartier. Toutefois, il y aurait avantage à avoir un peu plus de matériel dans la cuisine... ustensiles en quantité et outils de cuisson.

Emplacement idéal. 20 mn à pied du centre historique et 10 mn à pied du quartier Triana. Le quartier Los Remedios est très agréable. Très bel appartement. Toute petite remarque pour un séjour parfait pour les prochains voyageurs : c'est un peu léger en terme de couverts (4 petites cuillères, ...). Et nous avons acheté un presse-citron et un presse-oranges mécaniques ; quand même au pays des oranges :-)

The place is very good, perfect for two couples. Location is amazing, 20-30 mins walking distance from historical center. Nearby you have shops and restaurants. Also non paid parking at the end of the street. Hosts were also very positive and helpful. I must say it’s worth to stay here.

El único inconveniente por poner alguno, es si visitas el apartamento con tu propio coche. Resulta que en la zona hay pocos parkings públicos, y que todos ellos tienen muy mala reputación. Optamos por el más cercano, el de Virgen de Luján. Hacen publicidad engañosa y te cobran lo que quieren, que es un abuso.

Nice apartment located 10min walking from the Metro station and 4min walking from bus stops. Clean, spacious, with A/C in every room (main reason why we chose it) and with weekly service of cleaning the apartment and changing sheets and towels. There are supermarkets, bars and stores within walking distance. We are taking away a star because there was an insect problem during our stay that made us feel very uncomfortable. However I do want to point out that the owner/property manager tried their best to solve it and in the end even offered to give us a partial refund if we wanted to leave the apartment early because of it. All in all, a great place that we would definitely consider using again if the insect problem is taking care of.

Localisation idéale à une 20taine de minutes du centre historique. Dans le quartier de Los Remedios il y a tous les commerces qu’il faut, et à deux pas de la Feria pour ceux qui seraient tentés d’y aller.
