Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on Lumbreras street, near Alameda de Hércules, and 15-20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

The apartment is distributed over two levels. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, tv and a fitted wardrobe. The bedrooms face Calle Lumbreras and are equipped with high quality double glazed windows (installed on April 2023). Full bathroom with shower.

Stairs lead up to the living-dining room, kitchen and terrace. The living area has a sofa, coffee table and a smart TV. Dining table with four chairs. The small open-plan kitchen has all main utensils and appliances, including a washing machine.

Large sliding doors open to the private terrace with outdoor furniture. North-facing terrace.

Lumbreras is on the first and second floors of a recently renovated building with a central courtyard. Without elevator. It includes free wifi internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.

Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.

San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment, 3 options:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

Public parking:
Parking Saba Plaza Concordia. Distance from apartment: 850m

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

The apartment is adjacent to the Armeda, close to many shops and restaurants. It is equipped with smart tv, washing machine, and microwave. I had no issues whatsoever with the apartment or location, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Appartement très propre, entrée dans les lieux rapide et bon contact avec notre interlocuteur. En revanche pour les personnes au sommeil léger je déconseille l’appartement Lumbreras qui donne sur une rue vraiment bruyante. L’appartement lui même manque d’isolation, aussi bien côté rue que côté couloir ou l’on entend toutes conversations. Dommage car sinon le rapport qualité est bon.
