Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on Lumbreras street, near Alameda de Hércules, and 15-20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment is distributed over two levels. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, tv and a fitted wardrobe. The bedrooms face Calle Lumbreras and are equipped with high quality double glazed windows (installed on April 2023). Full bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead up to the living-dining room, kitchen and terrace. The living area has a sofa, coffee table and a smart TV. Dining table with four chairs. The small open-plan kitchen has all main utensils and appliances, including a washing machine.
Large sliding doors open to the private terrace with outdoor furniture. North-facing terrace.
Lumbreras is on the first and second floors of a recently renovated building with a central courtyard. Without elevator. It includes free wifi internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

This is a lovely apartment in a great building and very centrally placed for accessing the historic sights and the canal. There are plenty restaurants within easy reach and a small supermarket. Although the apartment is in a quiet street there is a great vibe in the busy area close to the apartment. The apartment is clean and bright and we loved the balcony. The host was always responsive and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great morning sun on the private balcony, super responsive host team, and clean, fun apartment to stay in that had a neighborhood feel rather than tourist trap right outside. Would stay here again for our next trip.

Fab stay in a lovely apartment - very close to a square with lots of restaurants and bars. Comfy beds and a lovely patio - our hosts met us a bit earlier and we were able to drop our luggage before check in which was great. Thank you!

We liked the apartment. It was well situated and clean. The Lumbreras is a busy street so there is a lot of noise. But the shutters in the bedrooms are very good, so you can sleep very well!

Camas cómodas, terraza amplia y cocina práctica. La calefacción funcionó bien. El barrio es muy agradable, sin mucho turismo y bien comunicado. Faltaría alguna estantería en el baño y el wifi fallaba en el piso de abajo

The apartment is adjacent to the Armeda, close to many shops and restaurants. It is equipped with smart tv, washing machine, and microwave. I had no issues whatsoever with the apartment or location, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Appartement très propre, entrée dans les lieux rapide et bon contact avec notre interlocuteur.
En revanche pour les personnes au sommeil léger je déconseille l’appartement Lumbreras qui donne sur une rue vraiment bruyante. L’appartement lui même manque d’isolation, aussi bien côté rue que côté couloir ou l’on entend toutes conversations.
Dommage car sinon le rapport qualité est bon.
