Apartment with 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is centrally located on San Vicente street, near the Fine Arts Museum, and just a short walk from the main monuments and sights. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level is the living area with 3 large windows facing the street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The kitchen is completely independent and well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Oven, dishwasher and washing-machine included.
There is a small bathroom with a walk-in shower by the staircase.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom and the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the courtyard of the house.
Next to the bedrooms is the second bathroom also with a shower.
For most of the year, the terrace is the place to be. It is furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs, canopy and plants. An ideal place to prepare a meal or breakfast outside, sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, with elevator.
Free private parking garage is available. Height 2.00m, length 4.60m, width 1.80m. Important: parking space extremely narrow, suitable for SMALL vehicles only. If your car exceeds the parking space, you can use the public parking Plaza de la Concordia.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

La casa estaba impecable, cómoda y espaciosa. Con todo lo necesario hasta en la cocina, pero con todos los restaurantes en Sevilla no hace falta cocinar. Es fácil de encontrar a la llegada, es verdad que el aparcamiento es para coche pequeño, yo no tuve problemas para aparcar, pero no cabe un coche grande. Y tener el parking incorporado es un plus, pues en Sevilla es innecesario conducir, además de que la casa, que menos mal no está en el centro, que para dormir es lo mejor, está cerca del centro a un paseo. Cerca hay supermercado, bares y caminar hacia el centro es seguro y ya vas viendo cositas. La atención de Miguel fue muy buena y se que aunque no nos hizo falta para cualquier duda o cosa, él estaba dispuesto. Muchas gracias Miguel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants. L'appartement est parfaitement fourni pour passer une semaine, il est aussi bien situé à 20min à pied du centre ville. Les enfants ont adoré le grand playground situé sur les quais à 5 minutes à pied. Seul regret de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la très belle terrasse à cause du froid saisonnier. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de chauffage au niveau du salon et de la cuisine à cause d'une clim défectueuse, mais l'équipe à été très proactive en nous fournissant dans l'heure une unité de chauffage mobile. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Nice apartment in a good location. Only issue was slow drains in showers which resulted in bathroom floor flooding.

Nos alojamos 8 días 4 adultos. El alojamiento es de fácil acceso cerca de varias tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes. La cocina está bien equipada,la ropa de cama muy cómoda,el alojamiento es amplio y limpio. La terraza es muy agradable. Tuvimos pequeños problemas como un lavabo que goteaba después de avisar al propietario todo fue reparado rápidamente.Pudimos tener el alojamiento antes, lo que fue muy apreciado. Recomiendo de veras este apartamento.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Seville. The location is perfect — close to the main sights, great restaurants, and beautiful streets to explore. The apartment is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big plus. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and quick to respond, which made check-in super easy. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville and would be happy to stay here again!

El único problema eran las hormigas en la cocina. Debía ser un problema recurrente, ya que había trampas para hormigas e insecticida debajo del fregadero. Solo había un paño de cocina para secar los platos; se necesitaban más.

Lovely clean apartment. 20 minutes walking from main attractions. Cathedral, Setas, Royal Palace, Pilate’s House, San Francisco Square. Demitri let us in and was very helpful, showed us all the facilities. Would return to the apartment all day long. Great place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped and comfortable. The terrace and two bedrooms are upstairs. Shops are nearby: supermarket, fruit and vegetable stall, prepared meals, tapas bar with outdoor seating in a small square. The city center is a 25-minute walk away.

Si bien alertan sobre sus dimensiones, la plaza del estacionamiento resultó mejor de lo que pensaba. Como crítica importante para ir durante el invierno, los baños y la cocina son muy fríos y cuesta calefaccionar el living. Por el resto, estaba muy bien y es un lugar muy recomendable si quieren ir a Sevilla.

Lovely flat, close to many interesting museums & other sights with some excellent restaurants & bars, & plenty of shopping. I would happily stay there again. Lejligheden ligger perfekt i forhold til at kunne gå til centrum og alligevel roligt. Nemt at komme til - også i bil. Dog skal man lige være nøjagtig når man parkerer, men perfekt med gratis parkeringsplads. Vi nød tagterrassen rigtig meget. Dejligt med masser af lys og særdeles velegnet til et længere ophold uden for højsæsonen. Soveværelser er i rigtig flot stand. Køkkenet rummeligt og velfungerende med alt hvad man skal bruge. Badeværelserne er perfekte - det er rigtig godt at der er toilet på begge etager. Alt i alt en super oplevelse og vi kan anbefale lejligheden 100%.

We hebben een ontzettend fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Het lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd te zijn, want het is nog mooier/nieuwer dan op de foto’s. De host reageerde erg snel en was heel flexibel/gastvrij. Het dakterras was geweldig! De bedden lagen ook heerlijk en ideaal dat er 2 badkamers aanwezig zijn. Echt een aanrader dus!

Wonderful spacious apartment in a lively but mostly residential neighborhood. We loved the living room and outdoor space, kitchen was very well equipped for an Airbnb, and the host was very responsive and friendly. There’s a bar/tapas place, grocery store, fish monger, and pharmacy right downstairs, and the location is 2min from the river running and bike paths. The beds are ok, the double is a bit small for 2 tall adults. We had a toddler with us and while the space is not baby proof, it was easy enough to do it ourselves with a few purchases. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see Sevilla outside the tourist center.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Het appartement is netjes, schoon en ruim. Vooral het dakterras en een tweede badkamer was erg fijn. Het ligt iets buiten het bruisende gedeelte van Sevilla, maar het is goed te lopen.

This was our second extended stay (50 days) in this apartment. The 2 best things about the apartment are its terrace and it's location. The location is perfect, near San Lorenzo square, and bars, restaurants, shops are all walking distance. The terrace is well appointed with table and chairs and loungers, and has the advantage of morning to midday sun. As for the apartment itself, it is spacious, bright and sunny, facing both a relatively quiet street and a very quiet courtyard. it is well appointed with comfortable beds and sofas, kitchen is decently equipped for extended stay and cooking in the apartment. The reason for not giving it a 5* rating is that the place shows its age and would benefit for some ongoing maintenance and upkeep, such as fresh paint, new bedding, cleaning of furniture etc. The place looks like it was when the owner last lived there, several years ago. Overall, decent value for the money, this is why we stayed here twice. The property management could be a little more attentive and provide more timely responses when issues are reported to them.

Sehr angenehme Gegend! Wir haben von hier aus alles zu Fuß besichtigt. Ordentliche Wohnung, schöne Dachterasse. Tiefgarage eng, wie beschrieben, aber mit den Tipps von Markus – und sicher auch denen der anderen – kommt man gut in die Lücke (Ford Focus, 183cm breit).

Not sure there's much I can add to all of the great reviews before me except to highlight how helpful Manuel and the rest of the Veoapartment team were in organising everything when I booked at very short notice. Something I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere is that there is a "Servici" bike rental station in the square outside which I found a great way to get around and explore the city.

This place is GORGEOUS! Location was a little hard to find and finding parking was definitely adventurous (we parked at the bottom of the hill along the river road), but overall it was a dream. Cave life means there could be a few bumps on the head if you’re taller (I’m 5’7) and going through a particular door, but the space feels spacious overall. The stairs are narrow and it feels a bit like a tree-house when navigating the different floor levels (there are 5 including the breathtaking rooftop balcony). The temperature was mild and perfect for sleeping, so no need for AC. Every door could also be a window and the result is a lot of light control. Bathroom access is off the courtyard or main cave bedroom - and the cave bedroom opens up to the kitchen and is separated by a lace curtain - so be aware that privacy isn’t super strong here. But again, it’s also very quite at night in the cave. Overall this was a house I could see myself living in if I wanted to live a boho-cottage life!
