The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level is the living area with 3 large windows facing the street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The kitchen is completely independent and well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Oven, dishwasher and washing-machine included.
There is a small bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment by the staircase.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom and the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the courtyard of the house and skyline views.
The second bathroom has a bathtub also with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
For most of the year, the terrace is the place to be. It is furnished with table, chairs, canopy and plants. An ideal place to prepare a meal or breakfast outside, sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, with elevator.
Free private parking garage is available. Height 2.00m, length 4.60m, width 2.00m. Important: parking space extremely narrow, suitable for SMALL vehicles only. If your car exceeds the parking space, you can use the public parking Plaza de la Concordia, which is just 2 minutes driving away, and where we offer our guests a reduced parking rate, around 10-15 EUR per day (depending on the length of the stay).

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Gute Raumaufteilung über 2 Stockwerke, oben Schlafbereich mit super Terrasse. Im Dezember kann man hier die Sonne bis ca 15.30 genießen. In wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt, Carrefour gleich beim Apartment ist auch sonntags geöffnet. Sehr hohe, große Räume, Ausstattung top, alles sauber und bequem. Ruhige Lage und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die eigene Garage ist sehr praktisch, aber sehr eng zum Parken, nur für kleineres Auto geeignet.

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend in Seville. The team were very accommodating with us as our previous rental cancelled on us with less that 24 hours notice. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked (including a kettle) and everything was in perfect working order. Location was also great for walking pretty much anywhere in Sevilla. We would love to come again.

Great apartment, close to all sights and easy walk to everywhere with the added advantage of being lovely and quiet. Apartment really well equipped and comfortably furnished. Great terrace to soak up the sun. This was our 2nd visit and would definitely come again. Veoapartment staff so helpful too.

Die Lage des Apartments im Alamedaviertel ist hervorragend.Die Gegend ist nicht zu touristisch, es gibt in der direkten Nähe gute Bars, sehr gute Tapes-Restaurants, Supermärkte und man kann das spanische Leben beobachten in Kirchen oder auf den benachbarten Plätzen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, zweckmäßig , Küchengeräte, alles vorhanden. Die Bäder sind normaler Standard , es gibt aber nichts zu bemängeln. Was definitiv fehlt, sind Sonnenliegen auf der großen schönen Terrasse. dort befindet sich ein Esstisch und Stühle, was aber zum relaxen, nicht so bequem ist. Auch sah sich die Verwaltungsfirma außerstande Liegestühle nach anfrage zu besorgen. Der Empfang und die Einführung waren sehr freundlich und nett.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
