Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and free parking. It is centrally located on calle Santiago, close to Casa Pilatos, and about 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. There is a communal swimming pool available from 1 June to 30 September (see detailed information below).
The apartment forms part of a "casa palacio" built in the Sevillian Regionalist style, which dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The building has a majestic central patio decorated with ceramic tiles and a colonnade of arches.
The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level is the living area, which includes a sofa, coffee table and a dining table with 6 chairs. TV, free wifi internet access and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with the main utensils and appliances - oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is in the main bathroom upstairs. Under the staircase there is a small bathroom with shower.
The living area opens out to the first terrace. It is furnished with a table for dining, chairs and a canopy.
On the upper level are 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. Bedroom No. 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. A door opens out to the second private terrace, also equipped with garden furniture. Bedrooms No. 2 and No.3 have both two twin beds and a wardrobe. The 3 bedrooms are extremely quiet for sleeping, and all have windows with partial views of the Cathedral.
Next to the sleeping rooms is the main bathroom. With double washbasin, bathtub with a shower attachment and WC.
The apartment was fully refurbished in December 2017, with a surface area of 120sqm + 60sqm of outdoor space. Second floor, without elevator.

Free private parking garage, located 280m from the apartment (3min walk).
Swimming pool (communal)
There is a communal roof-terrace with a swimming pool for residents' use. Please note:
1- Pool available from 1 June to 30 September.
2- The use of the pool is limited by shifts. Each neighbor is assigned 4 split shifts per week, in the morning or in the afternoon: 10 am-4 pm or 6 pm -10 pm
3- If your dates are during the pool season, ask for the pool shifts before booking.
4- The communal roof-top terrace is reached by an elevator (NOT the apartment).

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Het is een superlocatie! Je kunt overal snel komen in de stad. Het dakterras was ook ideaal. Er was net te weinig zitplek in de woonkamer voor ons zessen en de keuken is ook beperkt. Al met al hebben we een geweldige week gehad in het mooie Sevilla!

Place is located in the center. You can walk everywhere. You are 15 mins from all the major attractions. You will need to walk up 3 stories. The door isn’t the easiest to open. The apartment is large and has everything a family needs. We cooked daily and we had everything like back home. The apartment does have some dirty walls and some paint chipping. There was some furniture with wood chipping as well. We noticed of mold in kitchen ceiling. When we arrived the kitchen had ants. The pool is nice, but you can only use it some days, and certain hours. The terraces are great. The parking is not easy to get in and out of. It’s not easy for an American.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and walkable location to many sites, restaurants, and stores in Seville. While the apartment and building can use some maintenance, including softer beds, we enjoyed our stay, especially the 2 furnished terraces. The hosts were accommodating for checkin/checkout and very responsive when we reported issues. Overall it was a good value.

Super emplacement. Parking privé juste à côté. Piscine pas encore ouverte (juin seulement). Tant pis ! Notre hôte a réparé tout de suite une lampe défectueuse. La climatisation en haut (chambres) est moins performante qu'en bas mais c'était quand même supportable malgré la grande chaleur qui régnait durant notre séjour. Tout était simple. On a apprécié le calme, les terrasses et en bonus, la vue imprenable sur le feu d'artifice de la fin de la Feria !

L'appartement est clair et spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 terrasses : celle du haut avec les 2 chaises longues et les canapés pour nous reposer et prendre l'apéritif et celle du bas pour prendre les repas. Nous avons pu visiter Séville à pied, les principaux sites étant entre 10 et 20 minutes de marche. Comme l'appartement est au dernier étage et qu'il occupe toute l'aile, il n'y a pas de bruit de voisinage. De plus, la rue est calme. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Le contact avec l'agence s'est très bien passé. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

A tidy apartment but needs some more living room furniture. Stayed here recently with three others and found the apartment very nice and incredibly handy to everything in Seville. The only negative is that the apartment needs another couch or some additional living room furniture.
