Apartment with 1-bedroom and private patio. It is located in the Macarena neighbourhood on calle Malpartida - a quiet pedestrian street near the vibrant Alameda de Hércules, and a 10 minute walk from the centre.
The entrance to the apartment is from the courtyard of the house, which features an outdoor sitting area for the use of guests.
The living area has glass windows to a private patio, furnished with table and plants. From the patio you enter to the bathroom, with shower. The living room includes a double sofa-bed, coffee table and TV. There is free wi-fi internet access and air-conditioning (cold / hot).
The bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and a wardrobe. A window opens out to the inner courtyard of the house - making it an extremely quiet place to sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including oven and washing machine/dryer. The small dining table is also inside the kitchen and there is a most unusual feature - the kitchen has a roman well beneath it, which you can see through a glass panel on the floor.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a town house dating from the 19th century. Recently renovated according to sustainability criteria, it has excellent energy efficiency, uses renewable energy sources and has a high energy rating.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Appartement agréable et très propre dans une rue calme toute proche de la Basilique de la Macarena. L’équipement est très correct, idéal pour deux personnes. La décoration est soignée et raffinée. Un seul défaut, le manque de luminosité: il n'y a pas d'ouverture sur l’extérieur : uniquement sur des patios éclairés par des puits de lumière. Un accueil chaleureux de Rosa à l'arrivée.

Excellent . Confortable, douillet, très calme, bien aménagé. Accueil chaleureux, conseils de visite et de restauration. Les seuls petits bémols : un petit peu éloigné du centre historique ,et léger manque de lumière naturelle. Mais globalement très agréable et confortable. Très bon lieu de séjour pour découvrir Séville

1 Bedroom apartment in Macarena, not in the centre of town, it is about a 15-20min walk there. Entrance door is shared with the owners who live upstairs (wonderful people with great kids but leave you alone, owner speaks a bit of English). There is no windows to the exterior so it can get a little stuffy inside (there is aircon), sometimes feel very enclosed, so a balcony would have been nice but this wasn't the design. The location is super quiet, clean but restaurants and bars outside in less than 2min walk. The TV didn't work when I was there, but this didn't matter as I did not watch alot of TV. Great kitchen with everything even a kettle - if you need anything more ask upstairs. Downside is there is no washing machine. Wifi was great. Bathroom is accessed through the enclosed patio, tiny but tidy! Great rain shower! I'll stay again if I return to Seville. Great customer service (english speaking) and fast response (loved it). Thanks again!
