One bedroom apartment suitable for 2-3 guests, centrally located next to Plaza de la Encarnación and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments.
The living room is decorated simply in a classic contemporary style. It is equipped with a sofa-bed, flat screen TV, extendable table and chairs. A large window provides plenty of light and air.
The bedroom has two single beds placed together, a wardrobe to store your belongings and a large window facing Laraña street. There is air-conditioning (hot/cold) in both the bedroom and living room.
The open-plan kitchen, just by the apartment entrance door, is small but well equipped with appliances and utensils for self-catering. There is a full bathroom with bathtub.
"Laraña 5" is conveniently located in Seville's city centre, just by the new Metropol Parasol. This is a large canopy-like structure with a panoramic viewing platform on the very top of the parasols, providing wonderful views over Seville's roof-tops.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Supplement for late check-in from 00:00 to 01:00h: 50 EUR (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Apartamento tiene 2 aire acondicionados que da mucho confort en verano cuando en la calle + 40ºC. El ruido de coches en la madrugada casi no se nota con A/C encendido. Cocina bien equipada, solo sería mejor tener vasos y tazas de tamaño más grande. Volvería al apartamento otra vez por su buena calidad-precio.

Bastante buena. El unico incoveniente que le vi fue el ruido de la calle porque tenia unas ventanas antiguas que aislaban poco. Respuesta propietario: Hemos puesto una doble ventana de aluminio para aislar del ruido, conservando las ventanas antiguas para que mantenga el caracter costumbrista del edificio. Gracias.
